Room was lovely, staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly when I had an issue with return travel and needed some more time to check-out. Breakfast basket was generous but did get a little samey if you're staying for more than a few nights. Room cleaned once every 3 days - not too bad but when having to eat breakfast in your room without a table, a little more frequently would be preferable

Bright, spacious and modern rooms with enough plug sockets, towels etc. There is no dining room so they leave breakfast in a basket outside your room before 7.30. The breakfast was good and included cereal, yogurt, bread, cheese, ham, jams etc. Good wifi. Central location. The only criticism I have is that the maids moved all my stuff around which I had left on the bed and did not put them back. I almost left without something important because of that.

Located in the center, close to every kind of comfort (bars, restaurants, bakery, grocery store). Fairly spacious room, well furnished and clean and equipped with air conditioning. We had absolutely no insect problems. Small bathroom located in the room but still equipped with every comfort. Our room had a small balcony communicating with the balcony in the common area, so leaving the window open when we went out was not possible. For us it wasn't a problem because the days were pleasantly cool but it still wasn't great for safety. The common area was lovely, well furnished with very clean sitting area and kitchen area. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. No parking space available but the car can be left in the free parking lot of the market which is quite close. Very friendly staff

Hotel in name only. Before reaching our room, we had to navigate, with our luggage, a maze of corridors and stairs going up and down. Minimalist room: no table or chairs, no hooks, no tablet, empty soap dispenser, employees absent or indifferent to our requests, breakfast in a basket left in front of the room door at 7:30 a.m. (nice, but to be taken lightly of the bed and unfortunately made up of low-end industrial products. The icing on the cake is that we live with the neighbors and the traffic of the cobbled street as the rooms are not soundproofed. Not to mention the parking problems linked to the city center (the only point). positive, the geographical location!!). What a disappointment, no service from a real hotel!

Tastefully renovated facilities, comfortable rooms, friendly breakfast offered in a basket every morning. The common dining space is not very large but you can eat in your room. Clean, pleasant, central. It's very worth it.

Renovated building very well located in the center. Clean and quite good rooms. Negative aspects: lots of stairs, we travel with a baby which makes it difficult. Very poor breakfast with low quality branded products. It was served in baskets at the door of the room. We had to go to the kitchen to heat milk or make coffee, which was not very clean and had trash to be removed. There was only one table with room for 4 people, which is insufficient. Whenever I needed to make a bottle for my son, I had to go to the kitchen, go up and down stairs. Very easy issue to resolve with some shawls in the rooms. I don't recommend it for families. However, for couples without children or groups of friends it works well.

Lugar con muchas posibilidades pero lo estropean en los detalles más esenciales. Habitaciones amplias pero muy mal aprovechadas. Camas cómodas pero con sabanas (bajeras) pequeñas, se sueltan y duermes sobre el colchón directamente con la bajera toda arrugada bajo de ti. Una de las habitaciones no le funcionaba ni el AA, ni la TV. Armarios pequeños. Es una pena porque está en una situación inmejorable para conocer Ponta Delgada
