Fabulous host and hostess; they are so gracious, welcoming and helpful. The house is lovely, especially the garden, and provides a calming atmosphere. Everything is clean, well-kept and inviting. And the breakfast is all locally sourced. The home is centrally located but not in the open. The best reason to go to Ponta Delgada!

Beautiful house in a perfect location. However, the best thing are the hosts, Pedro and Marie Antonia. These are the best hosts I have ever encountered in all my world travels, no lie. I would move in with them if I could. :)

A wonderful house, ideally located to explore Ponta Delgada and a great base from which to visit the rest of the island. Pedro is a great host, extremely helpful and very engaging. The room was really clean, with a super comfy bed and had great nights sleep here. The house has many photographs on the wall taken by Pedro… 100% recommended….. I hope to come back to the Azores and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Casa da Cidade again. Thank you!

Un délicieux accueil avec des hôtes charmants et de très bons conseils. La maison est merveilleusement agréable, bien située et calme. Un parking gratuit à deux pas. Petit déjeuner copieux et très raffiné. Nous avons adoré les conseils de Pedro sur les balades de l’île Nous recommandons vivement
