We had a great experience here, our host, Jason, it was extremely friendly and helpful. He checked us in very quickly and recommended several places to go for dinner. Anytime we had a question we could just send him a message on WhatsApp and he responded very rapidly. He helped us feel at home. The only tricky part was checking in. There is no sign, you just have to go to the address they give you and find the right door. I think we booked through a service that made it so that we weren’t able to receive the email that had the door code, but we were able to figure out getting in with help from some other guests.

After a week there, I can say that only the advertised location corresponds to reality. It smells bad, the room is cleaned only once a week, everything is broken, there is no reception… It is a real scandal. I have never been deceived like this, breakfasts expired and in bad condition, smells in the bathroom…

This establishment does not have a reception and did not communicate it. We arrived at dawn due to flight delays and no one opened the door for us. In the end we woke up other guests who were the ones who opened the door for us. The main door has a code that we had to ask a cleaner because we don't know anything about the hosts. The cleaning girls clean the room when they feel like it, not daily at all.
