The walls are like paper I could here my neighbour all night. Really disappointing as the photos make it look clean and comfortable. Only stayed due to lack of options No proper door between the toilet. Shower is in the room. No privacy. Nice coffee at breakfast and free parking only positives Terrible value for money

Très propre, personnel très agréable, attentionné et sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux. Literie agréable. Hôtel ancien, chambre minimaliste mais suffisante pour une nuit. Très calme. Salle de bain avec savon, shampooing,etc..soirée étape professionnelle parfaite.

Hotel propre ou vous trouverez 2 belles personnes souriantes, agreables malgré, je pense, les nombreuses heures de travail à leur actif. L hôtel est propre, avec tout le confort que l on attend. Certains diront que les chambres sont dans leur jus ...peut etre...mais je soulignerai que malgré la hausse des tarifs de l énergie les propriétaires soignent les touristes avec chauffage à l arrivée dans les chambres et cela a le mérite d être souligné...n hésitez pas il fait bon vivre à l hôtel du commerce de Pontacq

Rien à voir avec la réservation d’une chambre. Je n’arrive pas à poster un avis sur Google. Hier j’ai appelé pour demander s’ils avaient mon colis, l’hôtesse très désagréable au téléphone, pas de bonjour, raccroches au nez, je cite « je suis en plein service là ». Personne incompétente, à fuir !

Accueil peu aimable de l hôtesse arrivée a19h55reponse sèche la cuisine est fermée la chambre ne représente pas la Photo vieillotte tapisserie décollee etc c est une chambre avec une salle de bain bricolée jamais vu ça

Petit hôtel restaurant très mignon, très bien situé au centre ville de Pontacq avec du stationnement juste devant. J'ai pu arriver à l'heure que je souhaitais car ayant téléphoné avant, le code et la clé m'ont permis de m'installer tranquillement. Les chambres sont un peu "vieillote" mais très propre et avec tout l'essentiel pour y passer 2 nuits. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et propose le petit-déjeuner et le diner. Au calme dans la petite salle de restaurant, vous pourrez déguster un petit déjeuner traditionnel et les plats proposés sont délicieux. Sans bling-bling ni tralala, vous êtes très bien accueillis dans un endroit propre et qui sent très bon. Un excellent rapport Qualité/Prix. Merci à vous deux.

He pasado 5 días con ellos y en todo momento han sido encantadores, atentos, amables, en resumen son dos personas de 10. Me guardaron dos tarros de tomate que lleve para desayunar y me lo traían junto con el desayuno. Súper dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Los gerentes un matrimonio y el marido se ve que es un apasionado de la bici. Me recomendó donde hacer la parada del café en alguna ruta. Ella, habla español y en todo momento ha sido muy agradable conmigo. El hotel, se encuentra muy cerca de Lourdes (punto de interés turístico), Tarbes y Pau. Muy fácil llegar a cualquier sitio. La cama para mi fue muy cómoda y la habitación estaba bien. Puedo decir que he estado como en mi casa durante estos días. Muchas gracias por todo.

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy confortable. Los dueños muy amables. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación muy, muy limpia. En nuestro caso, aunque no era necesario, nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días. El desayuno, también, muy bien. Y la ubicación perfecta.
