At the end of the day, this is a budget hotel chain. However, this hotel is spotlessly clean, well decorated and modern. There is plenty of free parking too. The only criticism is that it's not walking distance to the town centre, but is convenient for the cinema. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst touring the area and were not disappointed with our family room.

The pillows are indeed very fluffy and the beds very comfortable, I shared a room with a friend of mine and the beds were not terrible too close together and for a budget hotel, I will not moan. The offer of breakfast for a very small price and clean room with a shower like you have at home. There is an excellent bar down stairs and close to city centre which offers every thing you can need. Pontivy is a good town full of character and good food and lively for a town which is tucked away. If I was in need of a room again I would select this hotel again.

It was an enjoyable stay with all the necessary facilities , a very helpful staff , good parking , and near other amenities . This hotel was one of the best hotels in our tour around the Massif Central and Brittany , facilities and service vary quite widely around France , as awe have found in our many trips .

La décoration de l hôtel et des chambres refaite:1 très très belle surprise. Les chambres sont top et très confortables. Pascal et ses collègues de l accueil sont d 1 extrême gentillesse. Bravo à laetitia, la femme de chambre du 3ème étage : gentille, souriante, prévenante. Mêmes compliments à la responsable des femmes de chambre. Bravo à tte l équipe !!!

Cet hôtel est situé à 5 mn du centre ville de Pontivy. Il est collé à un ibis budget mais les petits déjeuners ne se prennent pas au même endroit. L’accueil est très professionnel. Les parties communes sont très joliment décorées. Les chambres sont de taille correcte et la literie est très confortable. La salle de bain en plastique monobloc et le lavabo en composite vert ne sont pas à la hauteur de l’établissement de même que la télé Grundig qui est moins performante que les modèles qu’on trouve dans les autres ibis styles habituellement. La grosse déception est intervenue au moment du petit déjeuner. À 7 heures du matin un jour de semaine on nous annonce une rupture de stock d’oranges et donc impossibilité d’utiliser la magnifique machine à jus dernière génération. Cette machine est la spécificité des ibis styles et c’est souvent ce qui fait la différence lors du choix entre un autre établissement (ibis rouge ou concurrents). Cette déconvenue matinale et cette obligation de boire un jus d’orange industriel en brique fait perdre des points à cet établissement. Un cuiseur à œufs aurait été le bienvenu, car les œufs brouillés proposés près du bacon étaient trop secs et il n’en restait presque plus dès 7h du matin.

L’accueil dans cet hotel est tres chaleureux et tres professionnel. Les chambres, qui ont ete refaites, sont tres jolies et la literie tres confortable. Le petit dejeuner est excellent
