Staff were unfriendly. Room extremely basic with inadequate storage space. Bed uncomfortable. No fridge or water provided. Room dirty around edges and bathroom smelt unpleasant. Extremely hot and noisy (road and other guests). I was also eaten alive by mosquitoes and other bugs. Breakfast is farcical - read the other reviews. I would advise people not to stay here despite the good location.

Lo único diferencial que tiene frente al resto de hostales de carretera es la piscina. Llegando allí me doy cuenta que es una charca de 90 con el agua sucia donde hace tiempo que nadie la ha cuidado,(no se bañaba nadie) solo sirve para sacarle fotos chulas y engordar el precio de la habitación engañando a clientes. El colchón un camastro del año 1975 de 1,35 para una pareja. Luces que no se encienden o parpadean,puertas que lo abren y cierran si no tiras de ellas,teles que no se ven y cables colgando son otras cosas donde encuentro en este hotel un motivo para no volver por allí. Pagando 115 euros de noche de habitación ya está bien.

Muy buenas camareras, sobre todo la ucraniana que es muy simpática, lo malo es que fiscalizan el desayuno y te controlan ellas, no puedes coger lo que quieras cuando quieras ellas te lo dan a cuentagotas La chica de la recepción no sabe inglés y cuando está el señor de recepción parece como enfadado . La situación del hotel es muy buena El hotel está muy limpio pero las toallas son malas y no secan bien Las lámparas tenían telarañas ( pero lo demás limpio)

hotel excesivamente caro para la vaja calidad de servicios. Habitaciones y baño superantiguos. La calefaccion no se podia regular. No tenian ni una manta extra. El desayuno increible que te hagan esperar y pedir cada cosa que vas a tomar en lugar de pider cogerlo tu del buffet. Es un hotel para pagar 50€ por habitacion, no 140€ como kos han cobrado

Algunas toallas tenían agujeros, y al día siguiente, teníamos las mismas toallas sin lavar, igual que las sábanas, que no las cambiaron al día siguiente. La cortina de la bañera es muy incómoda, se te pega al cuerpo mientras te duchas porque no está muy pegada a la pared de la bañera. La limpieza no era muy destacable La moqueta del suelo tenía rotos, igual que la colcha de la cama. Nos dieron una habitación al lado del pasillo y se oía todo aunque, por suerte, el ruido comenzaba a las 8 de la mañana. No hay ni secador ni mininevera, pero pedimos un secador en recepción y nos prestaron uno. Teniendo en cuenta que la habitación nos costaba 93 euros la noche, y aun siendo temporada alta, tiene un precio superinflado para el alojamiento que es. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque tenías que pedir y el personal te lo iba sirviendo.

El peor Hotel 3 estrellas que he probado nunca (no entiendo como siguen en esa categoria) Hoja de entrada ilegible por falta de firma, ascensor inadecuado para un 3 estrellas. No dan comidas ni cenas y no hay nada cercano por lo que es necesario el coche para todo. Habitacion muy mal insonorizada y pegada a la carretera de paso con mucho trafico. Tampoco funcionaba la persiana por lo que dormir con la luz y el ruido fue imposible. Ropa de cama, colchas y toallas con manchas, en el armario un par de bichos. Recepcion sin personal y cuando pedimos hablar con un responsable nos dicen que no es posible. VERGONZOSO

Huid! Si no es necesario no vengáis y si fuera necesario preferible morir en la calle de frío. Precio elevadisimo. Prestaciones de la habitación pésimas. Hedor a humedad al entrar en la habitación.

Lo único bueno del hotel la ubicación y las vistas al Pico Urriello, es una verdadera pena que no este bien mantenido, la habitación mal en general, el baño fatal roto por todas partes y la limpieza regular en todo el hotel. El desayuno muy básico
