Hotels with Parking in Pooler

We absolutely loved our stay at Aloft in Pooler. The hotel was super clean and the funky decor was awesome. (Especially the amazing bathroom wallpaper which I am dying to find for home). Staff were great, check in and out were a breeze. The bed was really comfortable and the large TV was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if on a road trip. It's a super easy place to stop for a great night's sleep.

We did not book this hotel ourselves. We usually stay st Hilton-branded properties. Recently we have added Wyndam and Best Western (always trying to get the best value). First, the good things: friendly staff, clean room, working air conditioning, hot water. Next, here are the not so great things: with ”limited housekeeping”, I would expect more than one small wastebasket. Also, I slipped in the shower/tub because there were no anti-slip tub stickers and the tub was slippery. An accident was definitely possible. Sink space was minimal for two people. We are used to a larger area for a counter. Lastly, my husband was not impressed with the ”grab 'n go” breakfast. He thought it should have been more substantial. It included bottled water, juice, granola bar, yogurt and a piece of fruit. He was expecting something more, like a hot breakfast sandwich.

I have stayed here in the past before, never an issue. This time, after driving 16 long hours, arriving around 10pm, we all just wanted to go to bed, my husband was outside, he was cranky, he never once directed his crankiness to anyone, but the night guy, John, decided to come out front, started in with my husband, was mimicking him, and then grabbed the key cards out of my hand, and said go stay somewhere else. This is how someone treats someone who was tired?? As long as John is working there I’ll never go back. The manager, I spoke to the following day about this. She asked what I wanted to make up for his behavior. I said nothing. I’m not calling to get anything out of this. What I want is for him to not treat anyone like that. It was very unprofessional. I want him to take a class on how to treat people. Had my husband, or myself, been nasty directly to him, had one of us gone after him or anything like that, then what he did would’ve been warranted. But we weren’t. I told the manager to look at the video to prove all I’ve said. I hate to take this out on the hotel itself but they hired this guy. I hope something is done to prevent this from happening to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel to spend time with family who lives nearby. Throughout my stay, it was quite clear that this hotel is undergoing renovations because the pool and fitness center was both closed. I did not notice a juice machine during breakfast. While my room was definitely dated with its lack of USB ports, it was clean and safe. Beds were clean and comfortable. TV had lots of channels to watch. What sets this hotel apart from others is their commitment to safety. When I arrived, there was a party in the hotel parking lot. The front desk clerk got the people holding the party to leave. While I was walking down the stairs, I noticed a sign on the door that goes outside that says anyone caught propping the door open will be asked to leave. The Sleep Inn Pooler’s dedication to safety more than makes up for the pool and fitness center being closed.

Very large room for one person.Had a hidden closet behind a large mirror that I couldnt find for a while.No hot water in sink first night,I had to use ice bucket and fill sink with hot water from shower.Room coffee was just aweful.Free breakfast was good but powdered eggs not good.Menu said there was bisquits and gravy but there was no gravy the first morning.Location was perfect for me going to the 8th AirForce Museum,(just walked across the lawn) I would go there again if I went the the Museum again.

This is a great location! You are close to almost every imaginable fast food drive-thru and popular local dine-in restaurants. There are plenty of stores to shop as well as Tanger Outlets a few blocks away. There are plenty of things to do in the local area. You will not be disappointed with the location! Next, the staff was wonderful! Like to recognize Vivian Wright and Zion Best at the front desk and Jacqueline Smalls the dining chef for making my stay an enjoyable one! I stayed here for the second time. It is trustworthy. The hotel service experience near the airport is very good, with free pick-up and drop-off. The food and beverages taste very good, and free late check-out for 1 hour.

My husband and myself booked on line the day we arrived, we had traveled 5 hours from South Florida and was quite tied. The outside of the hotel looked dull, cigarette buts at the entrance...Michael at check In was very helpful and asked if we needed anything to call him. As we entered the room there was an awful smell...stale smell...I always take my own pillows and a blanket and immediately took off the top padded duvet and put aside...the room looked quite clean but nasty stain on the side of the cabinet...very bare inside..but you order anything you need for the kitchen! The shower was nasty could do with bleach to clean the floor. There's a fridge and that looked clean although we didn't use it. Unfortunately I stepped on a sharp object on the floor and thank goodness I had shoes on..it was a needle and don't know how housekeeping never saw it while cleaning the floor..my husband made a complaint to front desk on the Monday evening but not heard anything about the incident!!! I was so glad to get out ..I have photos of the needle ..and will make a complaint. This hotel changed me $197 for 1 night never ever will I use this place again!
