The noise from the bar is terrible and the young guys in the bar can’t control the situation. One thing is to have a night with DJ - but same noise every night - crazy As a family - don’t go!! As a couple don’t go! If you are a group who wants to party - perfect The aircon does not work… and the shower floods

The mountain apartment we stayed in is located in a block above a noisy bar that operates til 1am. One of the staff then leaves on his scrambler motorbike and revs it up and down in front of the block. The gardener then starts at 8am which wouldn't be a problem if we could go to bed at a normal time. The apartment itself is great and the location too. It's just the bar beneath and the staff that operate it that ruin it for everyone else. You want to feel refreshed after a holiday, and we (my husband and two kids - 8 and 10 years old) were all lethargic as a result! I would not recommend and will not be returning!

Very dirty, apartments with old worn-out furnishings. A musty smell. There is information on the Facebook page about the pool which is overgrown and closed. The object of its glory days is over. The service charges for insurance in the amount of EUR 25, which is supposed to protect damages in the apartment and quick check-out. WIFI speed terrible.

For work reasons we had to find accommodation for a long period (about a year) in Porlezza... we looked around, asked all the commercial structures, in the end we came across this residence... the finished apartments (not all ready yet) , very nice, it looks like a small village, it is frequented almost 90% by Dutch and Germans. The management was entrusted to Mr. Mab, a nice and very efficient person, every time we had a small problem he intervened quickly to solve it. The gardens are very well kept, lawns and hedges well trimmed. Clean apartments with the bare essentials to live in. It feels like you're always on holiday even though it's been chosen for work. Good quality price We recommend it

Real scam! We see a beautiful ad with a magnificent swimming pool and no household costs indicated. The reality is that the swimming pool is abandoned and green, the building is old, the apartment is dilapidated. Check-in times stipulate 4-7 p.m., when we arrive at 5 p.m. there is no one there. In the apartment there is no equipment, no cloth, no sponge, no dishwashing liquid, no soap. 1 single trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper. We have to do the dishes and take out the trash ourselves. To top it off we have to pay 80€ cleaning fees and 10€ per sheet even though it's nowhere written in the ad! The bed was broken, a slat was missing. Decoration of the apartment which has nothing to do with that advertised. We were made to pay for sheets and a tourist tax for a 4 month old baby when it is normally only adults! In short, the only good thing is the location and the lake but really go sleep elsewhere.

Today our stay in Porto Letizia ended. A structure with some potential but definitely in decline and below expectations. Upon arrival they asked us for 200 euros in cash as a deposit to give us an apartment that seemed to be in a state of abandonment. Dust, cobwebs, cockroaches, blocked sink, stale smell, linen and objects badly crammed into wardrobes, lack of cleaning equipment. In response to our complaints, the staff was very kind but inconclusive. Outside, swimming is not recommended due to yellow algae infesting the lake and the swimming pool is out of service. At present we can only advise against it

Everything started well with the *********** reservation, when we arrived we took possession of the apartment, the view of the lake was exceptional, we said to ourselves wow!!! It's going to be great, well in our case not at all, the residence is far from clean, the view of the lake gives you the benefit of a top location just above the bar where small parties are organized with crazy decibels until at least 11 a.m. and more because we had an evening that lasted until 3 a.m. and it was impossible to sleep. Mountain holidays are not about being in Ibiza. The rest of the area is great but I won't be coming back here again.

Been a few times and it keeps getting better and better. Great base for nice trips to towns or walks in the mountains. Plenty to do in the region! Canyoning or other mountain sports, Milan is great, but you can also drive to the Rhône Glacier.
