Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2. Pool area is small and no child end. Superior room was very basic, small bathroom and dated furniture. Bed was comfy, but not a double, 2 singles pushed together. No bar in the hotel or place to buy any basics. Private company runs a pitza restaurant and plays music to 1am to keep you up. No real service from hotel after breakfast, which was good.
The view was good, but wouldn't return.

We only had one night there, two nights ago, but were impressed with this hotel. It has a stunning view of the water which we enjoyed from the outdoor dining area and our room had all the things you'd expect of a good hotel including comfortable beds, a fridge, hooks, power points next to the bed, and a good buffet breakfast. When my husband forgot his pillows though, their service was next level. They arranged to have them dropped off at the ferry going from Poros to Aegina (where we were), and the pillows arrived the same afternoon! We were so grateful for their quick and efficient service.

Poros Image Hotel has a good location—about a 10-15 minute walk to the port and the city center. It’s very clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the lady at front desk who checked us in gave us a room on a lower floor. When we asked for a room on a higher floor, she said all rooms were occupied, but after we insisted, we found out there were actually vacant rooms!!! I don’t recommend staying on the first or second floors unless you really need to use the elevator, as the third and fourth floors don’t have elevator access. But it’s only two flights up, since the first and second floors are below ground level. If you get a room on the third or fourth floor, it’s best to choose one with a balcony. Avoid rooms numbered 1, 2, and 3 for a better view,yet the view is breathtaking. The view from the balcony is breathtaking—the attached photos were taken from there. The seating area in the restaurant is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel, and the island itself is amazing.

We stayed in a town and sea view room, the views are incredible. The room was comfortable, decent beds and pillows, fridge, safe, plenty of storage. However the hotel has no bar, the hotel beach has been sold and payment is required for the sunbeds, pool was fine but only a few sunbeds and limited opening times. The main town is a mile away, easy to walk but no pavement. Enjoyable stay but not the 4* experience we were expecting

Great service Awesome views and good breakfast...I travelled here for a wedding frequented the pool, beach bar and breakfast. Laundry service was arranged and staff helpful and courteous at front desk. Stayed in junior suite with great views

The hotel is near Poros with stunning view in the city and the marina. Big spaces and rooms every day cleaning and nice breakfast.They have planned boat everyday for transfer to Poros so u don't have to use your car.The biggest plus for this hotel is the beach bar Seen downstairs on the beautiful beach of the hotel for all day experience on the sea.

I ve booked the hotel since Feb 24. We chose with free cancellation a junior suite with poros port view. When we arrived the one of the receptionists said that they ve made an upgrade and a new bigger suite was given. I said thank you even if i didnt asked for it. When we opened the door room we noticed that the view is not what i paid for. I called them to get the room that i paid for and they said that they made an upgrade for the baby(2y old) . The upgrade basically was an extra cot( i didn request) and also another two beds ( that we didnt need as we are two adults and one baby who is co-sleeping with us). They said that the replacement will be made the next day and i couldnt do more. But when you are making an upgrade it should be better and not worse. I paid for the view. I didnt want extra beds. I could choose the option provided since February but i didnt. So the rest. Breakfast was basic but the BREAD WAS JUST WOW. I didnt need anythiny else in my breakfast. The cleanliness needs improvement . Rooms were not very clean, especially the one that we got the other day. Also the pool was a bit dirty so we used the beach instead( also not appropriate for kids) . I hope that improvements will be made on the hotel as the view is majestic.

Spacious rooms. Really clean. Excellent breakfast and a wonderful pool. Also nice restaurant with an amazing view. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for family holiday. If you want a place to relax this is it. A nice beach bar is near by.

A piece of heaven on earth! That' what characterizes this fabulous hotel. The staff is top professional, food and drinks exceed every expectations and the view... Astonishing from the balcony of the Junior Suite!!! My second time and will definitely come back for the hat trick.
