We have stayed at the Roma several times. The last time, booking from our smartphone, we mistakenly booked a single room instead of a double.
When we were leaving the hotel we had the unpleasant surprise of being asked for 50 euros more instead of 17 euros (17 was the difference between the price of the single room and the double room, the price that was displayed on the Trip.com site where we booked the room).
We pointed out - politely - that it did not seem right to apply a surcharge in this way, requesting that the price of the room be applied (difference between the 2 types or 17 euros) as it was displayed on the site where we booked but they were adamant and reiterated that for them that was the price they applied to the room.
Too bad, we do not think that the management of the mix-up was, due to the methods adopted by the Roma, correct.
We will pay close attention in the future.

Terrible hospitality. We arrived for a soccer retreat with the team and upon arrival they treated us terribly. Every day something different happened, between pushing and shoving the owner to 15 year old boys and a fight with the waiter as the protagonist. I advise anyone not to dwell on the price and spend a little more for other hotels in the area that are worth it. This cannot be called a hotel but a stable! The hotelier, staff and hospitality absolutely not up to par. Don't come!
