They are impossible to deal with on extending your stay. One of the front desk employee threatened to call the police even though I had already booked another week online. I was working nights and she woke me up. Said I had to check out of my room at 11:00 and come back at 3:00. Almost impossible with all the luggage I have for my work. Worst thing is I wouldn’t get no sleep. They are not worth the head ache.

Service is great front desk really friendly, and Mysha is very helpful. I decided to give it a try working in this area for a long stay and made the right choice. folk's whether your travel is overnight or a scheduled long stay no worries its very quiet place. Mysha thank you very much for your helpful service.

Great Service, friendly staff, clean rooms ,reasonable rates. I always stay here when I'm in the area. Close to mall, theater, restaurants, gym, car wash, gas stations, grocery stores, plenty to do in port arthur and its right by the golf course.

INFESTED with crickets! Cleaned our room once a week only. Staff was horrible when i asked for replacement towels at night the front desk lady responded by yelling and telling me the customer is NOT the most important. We were kicked out due to the altercations between a shutdown pool, the towels, and ultimately from turning a drawer so the we could fit our tv on top. Our 50$ deposit was stolen and they would not refund. (Due to dresser being turned even though we put it back.)

Very friendly stay and nice place. Clean recently remodeled, good size fridge, modern style decor, security cameras all around the property and in walkways. Next to the golf course and restaurants within walking distance.

Bring your own. Very inconsistent. One must continue to reset and log on throughout the day. Every day. Horrible at night! This is not a perk. High-Speed is an inaccurate description. Help desk never resolved the issue.

The staff at Studio 6 Port Arthur were very polite and friendly. Also pet friendly. We enjoyed the golf course view. Nice private kitchenette studio with comfortable bed and pillows. Great rates and pet policy

Tanya and Mr. Kal were a great help to us. They were supper nice and delightful. They helped meet our needs in price and convenience. They explained everything that would be available to us. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and save, this is your place. Thank you for everything!!!
