This was our second visit here & it was very good again. The hotel is in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach & also to the port area. Check in was quick & smooth & we got the pool/sea view room that we requested prior to arrival. The room wasn’t massive but it was more than adequate for what we needed for a 5 day break. One thing I would say is that there was only one plug socket & the tv was plugged into that. We don’t go on holiday to watch tv so unplugged it & plugged in our 4 plug extension lead. Food was good at all times. I’m not fussy at all but I’d read reviews about the food being cold. We never experienced that at all during our stay & always found plenty of options. The bar outside was well stocked & the bar staff worked through the queues very quickly & done with a smile as well. The pool area is adequate for sitting around however I’m not sure if it would be great during the busier summer months as you might feel cramped around there. Also the fact no inflatables or balls in the pool might be off putting for parents with young children. We tended to go out in the evenings so only seen one show which was ABBA tribute which was enjoyable. All in all a great hotel

Great location, a couple of minutes from the beach The food was excellent and served all day, the drinks were good but not everything is available as all inclusive but still a good choice, they were served in plastic cups the whole time as everything is around the pool area. The rooms are quite small especially as there were 3 of us but they were clean, they just need a bit of modernisation. The nightly entertainment was good The pool is small for the size of the hotel - you are not allowed inflatables which was a shame

We went for a week in October and met or friends there . We were not expecting much after reading the reveiws ...but were very pleasantly surprised and glad we took a chance on it. Yes the hotel rooms are very dated but were clean and functional. We had an issue with our shower that was fixed when reported . Staff were polite and a big shout out to lucas and Leo who made the whole experience so much fun my husband really enjoyed the activities ! The life guard was asleep for most of his shift I beleive he had been poorly but still should have been replaced as there were children in the pool most of the time. Food was good and we found something to eat most nights breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel !! Hotel is close to everything and the beach is amazing have already booked to come back .

Myself and partner have just returned from this wonderful hotel. Firstly, as someone who books and takes into account other reviews, I would discount the negative ones. We arrived early morning and greeted by a lovely and informative receptionist and he even offered a hot meal from the restaurant, but kindly declined as we just wanted to go to bed. We were on the 6th floor - and like other reviews, there was only one lift working for the whole time which seems to have been like this for a while now, which is quite inconvenient as there are a lot of stairs! We had the most beautiful view which overlooked the pool and sea! The room had two single beds pushed together, two bedside draw tables, a desk, tv, mirror and a built in wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The bathroom had a big shower, toilet (awkward angle though) and a sink & hair dryer. It was the perfect size for two people. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything (entertainment usually finished around 23:00 - 00:00, it was the neighbours you can hear). The restaurant: Breakfast: there was plenty of variety (English, continental, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries etc) Lunch & dinner: there was always lots to choice from different meat each day, fresh veggies & fruit! Deserts were also really good! I honestly don’t know why all the negative reviews because we found it really good! The snack bar was also very tasty with burgers, fish, nuggets, fresh fruit etc! The all inclusive drinks were also very good (especially the beer and vodka suns) The pool is quite small, but also clean and plenty of space for everyone. We never struggled to get a sun bed, however I guess it helps being in September. The lifeguard takes his job very seriously and looks so angry all the time. The location is perfect! The beach is 2 mins across the road. Shops and restaurants on the door step. The entertain was good! 5 stars for Luca! Something different every day and activities throughout the day to keep you entertained! I would definitely return and recommend to everyone who is looking for a little all inclusive get a way! For reference: we (female 27 & male 29) stayed for 7 nights and all inclusive!

Clean hotel Friendly staff Great for children food and entertainment However uncomfortable bed Lift broken Food was shocking Pool was tiny for the size of the hotel (rude lifeguard) Wobbly balcony rail Toilet too close to sink you had to sit with your legs under neath it ( sink fell off wall in one of the rooms ) No labels on any of the food Floor in restaurant needs replacing Building work going on putting guests in danger of being hit Drilling noise whist sitting by the pool Such a shame as the location is beautiful Beach is gorgeous Lots of lovely places to eat out.we ate out a lot so spent more than we wanted to.
