Clean and tidy for a basic type of hotel, very convenient to ferry port. Friendly staff, hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty close by. Hotel does not have own parking but large carpark opposite, so everything vey convenient.

This is a hostel NOT a hotel Rooms noisy difficult to lock and reception not 24 hours. Had to barricade door as I couldn’t lock it Incredibly thin walls could hear everything very strange noises from some other the guests and cleaners I assume started moving furniture around at 0800/0900

Booked in the last minute one night for my son due to flight delayed and missing other connecting flight. Lady on reception at Hotel Elegance so helpful, without her I would never have been able let my son know which bus to get from Palma Airport to Alcuida. It was just a one night stop off but everything clean and comfortable. Most important if my son was happy so was I.

Does not feel welcome at check-in. The room was not clean, full of mold in the bathroom and moisture damage in the rooms. The air conditioning does not work and there is only one sheet for two people. The balconies are in a shaft and really unlovely and you can see straight into the neighbour's bathroom.

We stayed 11 nights here, the was small but enough for us 2, air conditioning was working so it was ok in the room, the balcony is werry small but that is it. Bathroom is also small and if you are toooo tall maybe you have issues with the toilet, nertheles for us was ok. Very important is that the room was clean every day and the staff very friendly. The location is excellent because in 2 minutes you are reaching the restaurants, in 5 minutes the bus station and in 17min you are in the old town of Alcudia.

Terrible service, I do not recommend anyone to go there. Very bad service, difficult to contact, lack of cleanliness, bad location, difficult access, bad parking, the rooms are not comfortable and lack all kinds of services, expensive quality price

Unwelcoming receptionist, broken shower tiles, traces and smell of humidity throughout the room. Not to mention security: the stairwell is permanently open and unattended from 10 p.m. No camera, the rooms are closed with a simple door. Ours even had the frame cracked. The view is non-existent with a balcony that opens from one room to another, no privacy. The only closet has no door and the double bed was two single beds.
