Arrived at hotel and was greeted with a warm smiley lady which made us feel very welcomed , our room is on the first floor with a balcony , and we have a sea view . Lovely , our room smelt clean and fresh when we entered and we were really surprised how lovely it was ,really modern and extremely clean . Bathroom lovely with a walk in shower so looking forward to spending the rest of our holiday chilling in the surroundings . Pool on the small size which doesn’t bother us as we like the beach which is 2min walk away we will definitely return xx

Situated in a quiet location. A 2 minute walk to the seafront and within easy reach of restaurants and bars. Our room was spotlessly clean with a small balcony and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was bright and had a very powerful shower, hairdryer too, not one of those ineffective wall mounted ones that you have to keep your finger on the button to operate it. The staff were lovely and you could tell they wanted you to enjoy your stay. There was a good continental breakfast selection served in the small dining room or lounge area. If you don't want to venture far for dinner The Store bar & restaurant is just across the road, so is the small supermarket. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed at the Hotel Singala for two weeks and found it to be a peaceful, clean, and well-managed small hotel. A true haven if you’re looking for quiet, quality accommodation. The only drawback is the lack of evening meals, which meant dining out every night — something we were prepared for, but the cost came as a shock. Even basic meals for two now start around €40, with €60 easily spent without trying. Sadly, we found Puerto Pollensa had changed dramatically since our last visit nine years ago. The sense of being in Spain has faded. Shops and restaurants speak English by default, and the area feels more like a British/German resort than an authentic Spanish town. However, we did find a few bars with a genuine Spanish feel tucked away from the seafront. Cycling has also become very busy — large, fast-moving groups dominate the roads. As a solo cyclist, I sometimes felt intimidated. The island is groaning under the weight of mass tourism, and it shows. We ran a tourism business in Scotland for over 20 years, so we speak with some experience. Mallorca remains a beautiful island, but Puerto Pollensa no longer holds the charm it once had. This was likely our last visit. ________________________________________

What a perfect find this lovely Hotel was! We had 3 rooms booked - ours on the first floor with a balcony and it was great! Very clean and rooms serviced daily. Our room had a smallish bathroom but a lovely big walk in shower. Staff amazing and so helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and they helped with storing and charging my Husband’s hired mobility scooter in the rear of the hotel. Small pool area with sun beds which we used a couple of times but mainly went to the beach. Breakfast is continental with lots of choice and fresh pastries. Nice and peaceful just at the end of the Pine walk so a 15/20 minute stroll to all the restaurants etc. We would definitely return and have no hesitation recommending The Villa Singala!

We were lucky to book 4 nights at our favorite hotel in Port Pollenca, and for the first time we had a junior suite. We were really happy about the room. Plenty of space, good closets for all our close and belongings. The bathroom was good size and the shower was really good. Our balcony had Sun loungers which was really nice, and also table and two chairs. As always the staff was really nice and welcoming, we feel like coming Home when we arrive there. Big thank you for that. Breakfast also good as it normally is. We Will return as soon as possible.

Lovely, small (28 rooms) hotel a little way out of the centre of Puerto Pollensa at the Pine Walk end, one street back - you can see the sea in between the villas across the road. The hotel has been there for quite a few years and has many guests who return year after year. This hotel I would say probably appeals more to the "more mature" (!) guest. The rooms are not large, but are spotlessly clean. They are cleaned every day and fresh, clean towels provided whenever required. Worth paying the extra for a balcony room on the front, definitely. (However, I would agree with comments that the walls are a bit thin - you CAN hear"neighbours" coughing (in our case, endlessly)/snoring through the night.) The staff here were just great - always attentive, always friendly, always there when you need them. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel serves a varied Continental breakfast, with plenty of choice. It does not serve dinner, but does have a daytime/lunch menu of sandwiches etc. There is also a bar which is open all day until 11pm. There is a small pool with limited space for sunbeds - it didn't really get the sun in October as it's too low in the sky, so we didn't use it. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the Pine Walk/beaches. Beach towels can be rented for €5/week and changed as often as you want to, which was brilliant. It's a good 15-20 minutes walk into the town centre but there is a really nice restaurant, The Store, immediately behind the hotel and there is also a Spar there, which is handy. The restaurant has live music on a Sunday early evening, which is VERY popular and you definitely need to book a few days in advance. Also, Coral Restaurant is about halfway between the hotel and the town centre, one road back, and the popular Voramar 57 is a similar distance on the front (but beware the ill-tempered manageress!). All in all, we would happily stay here again.

Nothing much else to add that hasn't already been said! Lovely little quiet hotel . A mainly older clientele, and people say hello and chat over breakfast etc. We had been once before, and this time we treated ourselves to a junior suite which had sea views from the huge balcony. But the main attraction of this place are the wonderful staff, especially Josep who was so warm and welcoming. We hope to come back. Thank you
