Port Dickson Apartments

The check-in was fast and easy, the introductions was clear. The hotel have different buildings and names so I wasn't sure which one I have booked till I reach there. I booked the Grand Lexis Port Dickson so the room is single storey and we have private because there is no window and the only window is from the toilet looking out to the pool. The pool is Within 3 tall walls and the pool is dirty with leaves and bugs. The room have large walking area with 2 big beds and sofa and study area. The toilet is large too, with its own wc area and shower area and big changing area. The wardrobe is connected to the changing area. The toilet window have gaps that lizards came in. There are alot of car park lots right in front of my room but when night comes, it's full, but there are lots in the hotel building too. Breakfast buffet is in the hotel building and there are alot of variety of food. There is a big pool in the hotel building but are crowded. There isn't any shop nearby, there is a small shop in the hotel building but they close early. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to guide us to our room. There are free buggy rides to shuffle people to and fro their rooms to main hotel lobby.

Check in at 3pm and it's strictly implemented so long queue at counter waiting to check in starting 230pm. Pool towels were limited and needed to wait for their laundry to arrive. Therefore the floor of the route to the pool was always slippery with pools of water and also inside the lifts too! Other than above, all other things are good. We didn't take hotel breakfast cos it's convenient to get food around with mamak juz outside or a short drive to pd getaway. We love the spacious room and the super king sized bed and also the sofa bed which is perfect for my 6yo to sleep. Overall it's a pleasant stay at Pacific regency port dickson. My son said he wants to come stay again for his next pd trip 😆

Amenities: The apartment is equipped with essentials like a functional kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and entertainment options at public area. However, a few extra kitchen utensils and microwave/ovens would be great additions. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and well-maintained spaces. However, a bit more attention to detail in certain areas (like the bathroom corners) would make it even better. Pros: ✔️ Amazing beachfront location ✔️ Spacious and comfortable rooms ✔️ Equipped with essential amenities ✔️ Beautiful balcony views Cons: ❌ Some minor cleanliness details could be improved ❌ Carpark is a bit limited Overall Verdict: This 3-bedroom beachfront apartment is a great choice for a relaxing vacation. While there are minor areas for improvement, the location and comfort make it a worthwhile stay. Would definitely recommend it for a beach getaway!

Check in was smooth in the north wing but our room was in the south wing. Had to made our way across the parking lot. Room was okay, could have been cleaner. Room not well maintained, tv was outdated. Air cond was superb, really cold. Toilet was not cleaned properly, urine smell once you enter the toilet. Bed sheet had some yellow stains on it. Hotel management really needs to step it up. Hotel is in a dire need of a makeover.

The hotel itself is pretty good with a great rooftop pool, but still a bit overpriced, for what you get,the towels are like rags! reception staff are not friendly at all and argued over the tourism tax I had paid, the restaurant is a joke! we were told we could get a beer there but then they said they had run out the chef only works 8pm-10 pm , again we were told we could get something to eat, when we wanted, they wouldn’t supply us with an ice bucket or glasses, when we got our own drinks in case we didn’t give the glasses back,the breakfast is the worst in Asia! everything cold and inedible, coffee was like dirty dish water everything on offer was low grade products , when I asked for some bread they told us bread had finished! We complained to reception and the lady did tell the chef to get his lazy **** up the road on his scooter and get some more, after that he stood in the restaurant glaring at us 😀 overall it’s a pretty naff place save your money and go somewhere else!

Overall stay was good. House was in great condition except that it was sandy in the hall and in one of the room. Other than that, it was all perfect. Had to request for a floor mat separately and also the WiFi wasn’t working that well. I personally relied on my own data throughout my stay.

Room is Affordable and clean, staff service should be improved more. They should smile more and know product knowledge of surrounding area when being asked, not only let guest to scan the QR code of activity, they should explain in details.

The hotel is located a minute walk from Teluk Kemang beach stretch. Many restaurants nearby and near the Teluk Kemang night market. Their in-house restaurant is Marrybrown located at ground floor (10am-10pm). Ample of parking and fairly safe. Cleanliness is tip top. Fairly friendly reception. No pool. But the beach is just a minute walk away.

Smelly toilet. Please clean up toilet room 212. Looks like an old hotel. But comfy. Just good. Free parking around the hotel. Amenities just so-so. The breakfast good. Would like to stay again but with not smelly toilet of course

Been here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.
