Staff very friendly. Especially the bellboy was very helpful to us. My mom really enjoyed the seaview and she got healing time. Thank u to the hotel for giving us the corner unit. My kids also love the jakuzi so much. The room very comfortable and nothing to complain about. The seaview is really spectacular. Definitely will come back again.

Cleanliness is a concern as the wash room tiles colour hide all the dirts on it..one of the power socket isn't working...otherwise its a good experience

Hotel a little old but still considered well maintained.

The check-in process went smoothly. We got a satisfactory room. We got an executive room. But it didn't feel like an executive. We asked for 1 king bed but got 2 single beds. A lot of dust on the windows. The balcony door couldn't be locked.
