1. Pool in the room. Kids had fun.
2. Good sized room.
3. Good location. Multiple restaurants nearby.
4. Buggy service direct to the room, to lobby or carpark. Staff was nice enough to drive all the way to the entrance for us to pick up our grab delivery.
5. Good level of security. Guards at entrance checked for valid bookings. Food delivery drivers and not guests are not allowed to enter hotel premises.
-ve:
1. Thought room was facing the sea and will have a nice window with seaview in the room. But nope,None
2. Bedsheets not clean enough.
3. Tiles near washroom and the pool are quite dated.
4. The foldable door next to the pool was spoilt. Stuck, unable to open fully.
5. At weekends, longer waits for buggy. If you are pressed for time, will have to walk.
6. Breakfast service could be improved. Free seating, it was a mess during the weekends. Eg. Smaller groups seated at bigger tables. Familes switching tables midway etc. Multiple guests are left without seats, having to wait. Better for staff to assign seats.
7. Food selection and quality can be improved.

Staff very friendly. Especially the bellboy was very helpful to us. My mom really enjoyed the seaview and she got healing time. Thank u to the hotel for giving us the corner unit. My kids also love the jakuzi so much. The room very comfortable and nothing to complain about. The seaview is really spectacular. Definitely will come back again.

The hotel itself is pretty good with a great rooftop pool, but still a bit overpriced, for what you get,the towels are like rags! reception staff are not friendly at all and argued over the tourism tax I had paid, the restaurant is a joke! we were told we could get a beer there but then they said they had run out the chef only works 8pm-10 pm , again we were told we could get something to eat, when we wanted, they wouldn’t supply us with an ice bucket or glasses, when we got our own drinks in case we didn’t give the glasses back, the breakfast is the worst in Asia! everything cold and inedible, coffee was like dirty dish water everything on offer was low grade products , when I asked for some bread they told us bread had finished! We complained to reception and the lady did tell the chef to get his lazy **** up the road on his scooter and get some more, after that he stood in the restaurant glaring at us 😀 overall it’s a pretty naff place save your money and go somewhere else!

SSoraya_RazakWorth the money we spent our stay here 👍🏼 The room is very big & obviously too comfortable for our small family 😍 FYI there were complimentary can drinks in the fridge & special cookies from Lexis ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And upon check in we got free gifts from them which were so warm hearted welcoming experience 😊🫰🏻 this was our 2nd visit, for sure this will be our annual staycations ♥️
MMoonie travelsThe hotel is strategically located few minutes from a private beach, but actually the beach is not very private. Other people can still have access to it but the beach is clean. The sea water isn't so clear. . Cleanliness of the room is just so so. The tables are dusty, the floor is dusty and there was rubbish from last guest that was not being cleaned up. Pillow is too soft but the liners are clean. View wise is good, facing the sea and a stone away to PD Waterfront.
VVinOrlandoThe location was really great, the hotel have it's own nice garden as well and connect directly to the beach.
Sadly the lift has certain smell and the corridor to my room wasn't maintained well i guess.
Overall 7.5/10
GGuest UserThe resort is really amazing, nice view, good service, clean and comfortable, affordable price, facilities ate complete, strategic location. I give 10🌟
UUmiThe water chalet is awesome. Location wise ok easy to find. Service is tiptop by the agent. U can ask anything from her. Very friendly. Last minit change unit because I want below unit so that from the room can see the laut on the glass floor.
Fridge OK, bed OK, balcony nice view, I can fishing at the balcony. My kids were very enjoy the chalet. Aircond OK, lamp ok, pillow ok, sinki ok, cermin byk, got penyapu n penyodok boleh sapu bilik because we were mandi at pantai n the floor was full of pasir so boleh sapu.
Bilik air i suke sebab as Muslim we better separate shower part dgn toilet bowl part. Toilet was clean.
The stay was fun and enjoyable it just that water chalet Ni belah belakang Lexis hotel. So u have to walk a bit far utk smpi ke Bilik. Makanan kene keluar cari sendiri, atau senang order grab je. Grab unfortunately hantar kt guard depan sana tu. Parking utk private unit ni xde. So kene park dekat luar.
Advice kalau xnk ade masalah parking, book under Lexis or Grand Lexis itself. Boleh park dekat dlm, dan ade service buggy lagi.
Pantai pulak x jauh nk pergi, cuma pantai dia cetek during air surut, pasir pantai byk batu tajam, ade terjumpa kaca. Hatilah kalau dekat pantai tu. Pasir pantai x berapa bersih mcm dekat PD.
Oh ya byk activity boleh buat dekat sini. Ade service basikal, train, go kart, kuda pusing2 tu, kalau nk lagi fun pegi time malam dekat waterfront (waze je) boleh main bubble, layang2, naik basikal satu family, makan2, dekat PD pulak ade water boat, banana split.
Overall, will repeat again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
NNaaPilihan makanan sangat banyak ! Food pun sedap . Pool pun bersih . Staff sangat friendly . Will repeat again to stay here next month 😀 **will be mu every month short vacay port

SSheelaAvillion Port Dickson still holds the same charm it did when I first visited 20 years ago—but it’s clearly in need of some renovation to bring it back to its former glory.
We arrived early around 10:30am from Singapore and requested to pay for an early check-in. Unfortunately, we were told premium rooms weren’t available yet, though we were assured they’d accommodate us. We passed time at the nearby Regina Mall, which was quite deserted, and returned by 1:30pm—only to find our room still unavailable. Strangely, other couples in premium rooms were checked in ahead of us. After following up and speaking with the manager, we finally got our room at 3pm, which was frustrating, especially as the resort wasn’t even full.
On the positive side, the food was excellent and the staff were warm and hospitable however shorthanded , we could not get assistance when we got lost finding for the white building that serves welcome drinks & high tea. A special mention to the concierge—after hearing about his twin sons needing medical help, we offered a small donation of $50. We hope it makes a difference.
SsitiBeen here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.
