I have breakfast every Sunday at the Premier Splendid Inn Hotel Port Edward. I enjoy sitting outside on the reataurant patio listening to the music, reading my paper and having a cold beer. I have the same breakfast every Sunday. and I'm still not tired of it as Breakfast is always delicious, freshly prepared and very filling. It is good value for money, top notch service and friendly staff. Thank you very much.

It was my first time at this place. First thing you notice is poor signage from the road and at entrance. There is no "Premier" sign at all. You wonder if you are in the right place. Security booth is not well positioned. There are blind spots for security at the booth which makes the place feels unsafe. You drive up to the reception and that is when you realize you have been sold dreams. Reception does not inspire confidence. I looked at other rooms thinking there might be better but clearly the place needs some serious investments to bring it to life. The unit I rented was okay. However we discovered hair in our sheets and some dirt, it looked like they were not changed. When we asked for new ones. They had to ***** another unit as there was nothing in storage. There are some really Premier hotels which are favorite of mine like ICC East London and Midrand however this was way below par. The people are friendly though.
