Filthy room with cockroaches roaming in the bathroom. Broken locks and broken soap dispenser. Sorry but will not recommend this Hotel which seems to be going under. Road to the security gate off the N2 has lots of potholes.

On the Internet the place looks amazing. But the rooms have a terrible smell. My daughter coughed the entire night from the smell. The bathrooms have separate hot and cold water. The beds were fresh and the towels have no rail. So it stacks in one corner. The shower has mildew and the bath is scratched. The tiles are cracked. The breakfast is average. It was unaesthetic and lacked finesse. Even the fruit and yogurt were in steel bainmaries. The grounds and lagoon view is very beautiful

Our stay was perfect. It is beautiful, tranquil, clean, excellent location and we loved it. We ate the breakfast and the dinner buffet and they were both exceptional food. This was one of our stops on our family road trip around the country and this was by far one of the best stops.
