This is a hotel located on the seaside, but you can't see the sea or hear the waves. Stayed one night on June 25th, including breakfast. The room is quite large, with a kitchen and bathroom workstation. The bathroom is also quite large, clean and tidy, and there is wifi in the room. The yard can park 2-3 cars. Go to the beach and walk a couple of hundred meters. There were not many shops nearby, so we went to the city to find a Chinese restaurant for dinner. The hostess was older, but her voice was loud and enthusiastic, as if she were a descendant or immigrant from the Mediterranean coast.

The Anchorage is a home away from home for me. The location is fantastic, the property is beautiful, the women who work here have become friends, and the breakfast is delicious. I wish I was still there!

This guest house is a short walk to a lovely beach with a good value beach front restaurant. The rooms are older style but very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and let us know we had left our wallet in the room so we could return for it. The cooked breakfast was the best we had on our holiday.

I enjoyed my short visit and will definitely stay there again for a longer time. The accommodation was clean and nicely maintained. Off street safe parking was provided and my car felt safe. The position of the guesthouse was ideal and close to the beach and nice restaurants. All expectations were met thank you for a great stay

I had a wonderful stay at Anchorage Guesthouse. It is such a lovely and peaceful place. The stuff members were very friendly, the rooms are specious and very neat. I also enjoyed the breakfast, well prepared and delicious. The place is also a walking distance from shopping mall and the beach. My overall stay was AMAZING!

The service was welcoming and room clean although it smelt a bit musty. The information guide in the room advised that there was solar power and therefore loadshedding would not be a problem, although there was no electricity during load shedding.

A really good guesthouse, nothing was to much trouble for the staff who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was brilliant. Thank you., will be telling family and friends.

Absolute nice accomodation with perfect service, nice and friendly hosts. We liked to be there and I can recommend it for 100 %. Although the recommendations given by the host for having sightseeing were perfect, that we enjoyed out time much.
