We stopped here for a night after a long day of travelling Location is perfect for Port Elizabeth airport. The accommodation provides excellent facilities with secure parking. Breakfast was brilliant too. The hosts are very welcoming and informative. Stephen provided lists of suggestions for our Garden Route trip to Cape Town - also provided a personal itinerary of his experience. We left with lots of maps and information

We spent one night here, arriving at about 20:00 after a long flight. Our room was quite nice, but a bit old, it had a small verandah and a kitchenette. Breakfast was good. The location is very good, between the airport and the sea. There is private parking. The owner is very kind and she went the extra mile calling her friend and even a friend of her friend to let us know how to find the bench with Mandela statue at University. They have some lights and wi-fi working during loadshedding, that it’s very important.

home away from home,warm service made us feel like stars.Breakfast's taste divine,meals served with absolute poise.Rooms are very clean and cozy, great cubard space for those non-light travelers.We felt very much like we were at home.Laundry done with great service,Towels were always clean quality standard.Everything 39 on Nile was certainly achieved over and above our expectations.Big Thank you. A very warm welcome and the room was clean, neat and the kitchen lacked for nothing. I had a fantastic sleep! There is safe parking on the property. The external area is a delight with seating areas available to enjoy the incredible garden. So many different birds were spotted, I even had the fortunate experience of seeing an owl. Highly recommend Dempseys, not only for the amenities, but also for the warmth of the host Kathy who went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again.
