The place is very tired and needs money spent to update and maintain the properties - plug sockets almost came out the wall, the doors all had peeling paint, the upstairs was damp in the bathroom and bedrooms and the kitchenette was not fit for purpose with mould and tired appliances/equipment. The 'food truck' didn't even turn up one night and reception was only open a few hours each day. Not appropriate for young families as the rooms were so cramped there was no space for our daughters travel cot and the place was filthy.

We stayed in room 9 after booking a last minute stay for 1 week as a family of 4 (2 young children and 2 adults). The onsite pools are great and the grounds and play area are well kept. Our room was overlooking the golf course so was quiet and nice to overlook in the evening. The apartments were great.. maybe could do with a bit of TLC in some areas but overall a comfortable stay. The staff were really helpful and each night there were different things going on ie pizza night and moules and a band. We felt that the resort was missing a bar/restaurant of some kind so the local vendors visiting was a great way to add entertainment.

Visited this hotel with my family recently. We stayed in one of the villas and I have to say we had a fantastic stay. The villa was clean, spacious and most importantly for us - quiet. I will say it's quite a distance from some things, but we were lucky enough to be able to bring our car with us on the ferry. Would recommend staying at this hotel for sure, especially in one of the villas as I cannot speak for rooms. Also, if you don't feel like dining out, there's a nice man who sometimes parks up and cooks pizzas. He isn't there all the time. There's also a bread van every morning, but I cannot remember the times. I'm sure reception will let you know upon checkin.

There are Rats on the site and big ones - needs more pest control. The fact that there is no bar or restaurant on site, or within easy walking is not good with the number of properties a bar would pay for itself. Design of our property left a lot to be desired, toilet downstairs, while there is room on bedroom floor in bathroom to get a toilet, also no means of getting air flow through the property as no window on door elevation. but the biggest complaint was there was no internet, a property of this size to have inadequate internet in 2022 is inexcusable and the fact they say limited before booking means they know of the problem, so would be better to say 'no internet' then they would be providing what they provided us, this substantially reduces the value for money, the manager on check out smiled and said yes to it not being good, this is an insult, if is was UK, I would have wanted some money back, I France I have to reluctantly accept, due to language and distance No email address to contact them

Logement 76. Loué du 21/04/25 au 25/04/25. 4 personnes (2 adultes 2 enfants) Besoin d'être rénové. Chambre enfant très/trop petite. Rideaux plein de traces Insonorisation médiocre. Escalier : rampe se détache du mur sur le palier de l'étage. Vmc très très bruyante. Difficile de dormir avec ce bruit dans la salle de bain( on ne peut pas la couper). Tablier de baignoire bancal Cuisine : pas de hotte, plan de travail en bois tout abîmé autour du robinet (ce serait bien de le remplacer) Clous qui sortent de la planche qui supporte le micro onde ??? Porte Meuble Haut de cuisine abîmée. Bref pas du tout un 4* en terme de confort de logement. Positif : Les extérieurs de la résidence sont propres. L'environnement agréable. C'est bien situé pour se balader aux sites du débarquement. Nous n'y retournerons pas, rapport qualité prix défavorable.

Fijn rustig huisje met een terrasje. Een heerlijk binnen en buiten zwembad voor de kinderen. Wij hebben een 7 persoons huisje met z,n vieren. Drie slaapkamers boven en twee badkamers. De bedden zijn goed. Ja, het interieur is toe aan vervanging, maar wij zijn hier hoofdzakelijk voor het bezoeken van de Musea en stranden. Er is een mogelijkheid om ontbijt te bestellen en er zijn bordspellen te leen bij de receptie. In de omgeving zijn veel lekkere restaurantjes en Port Huppain Bessin is een leuk havenstadje.

De groene, rustige omgeving en de speel- en zwemfaciliteiten voor kinderen zijn fantastisch! Echter, er is wel het een en ander aan te merken op de 6-persoons accommodatie (nummer 75): een beschimmeld aanrechtblad, een incomplete keukeninventaris (geen broodmes, broodplank, spatels etc.), toiletpotten die op losse schroeven staan en een slaapkamer waar geen campingbedje in past. Deze zijn weliswaar op het park te verkrijgen, maar zijn te klein voor dreumesen. Gelukkig hadden we zelf ons campingbedje bij ons (tip). De bedden zijn daarentegen erg goed! Wat wij vervelend vonden, is dat de receptie niet 24/7 geopend is. Toen wij om twee om 14.00 uur ‘s middags arriveerden, leek het park uitgestorven. Wij hebben vervolgens twee uur moeten wachten om in te kunnen checken. En na een lange reis kun je dan niet op het park naar de wc. Dat is blijkbaar de romantiek van Frankrijk, bienvenue en France!

super séjour en famille, (3 adultes et 2 ados) logement fonctionnel et très propre, grande terrasse. A la réception accueil très sympathique. grande piscine propre et très bien chauffée. Très bon emplacement pour visiter les musées et plages du débarquement. Foodtruck tous les soirs, je recommande particulièrement le samedi soir le couscous, très copieux et excellent, à ne pas rater. Le dimanche pizzas très bonnes également. Je recommande cette résidence ++++
