CcallovestravellingThe location is quite good, just next to the AEON mall, which has a lot of restaurants, book shops, department store and so on. The receptionists are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. The hangers are also very interesting, very stable and useful.

KKhairothmanEasy access although have 2-3 branches hotel 😅. A friendly receptionist, great room but a slightly miss on cleanliness especially in the toilet. Hope can improve on that side and have solution to overcome it. Worth for the price in conclusion.

Mmohd nazriNice and comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Even the guard is helpful. The parking lot is not so much but still can managed. Very clean and hygene. Room has water boiler. Has to bring own coffee and tea. Its ok. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Aircond in good condition. Toilet is very clean and high srandard. Complete with tooh brush set for each guest. Budget hotel but like a 5 star standard. This is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. Highly recommended.

The shower water is hot enough, the water pressure is OK, the kettle in the room has a plastic smell, but there is a water dispenser near the counter. . . I stayed at a hotel without a hair dryer for the first time.

The window was not properly closed as it had an opening.

2. Cleanliness 4⭐️, only when I go out and when I return to the hotel there are leftovers on the bathroom floor, I'm not sure where the leftovers came from, 🤔
3. When booking through trip.com I booked a deluxe room with window but during check in they gave me a deluxe room without window, according to them it is not according to what we found, if there is no vacancy, I am very disappointed with that
