We stayed in room 3. An upgrade. The bed was just terrible. My wife got up and had to use the single bed to get any sleep. The renovated bathroom was nice except for the leaking toilet tap that ran all night on and off, topping up the bowl. Just needs a new mattress and some TLC. Noisy plumbing and expect early morning noise,

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a nice gentleman at reception who was very attentive and helpful. Quick and easy service. This hotel was VERY clean! I was blown away by how neat everything was. The towels and linen were all fresh. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and milk. Bathroom came with little amenities. We had a downstairs room (7) which had great access to the pool and outdoor seating area. It is a 5 minute walk into the centre of town, so very accessible to everything you need. You are very centre to town so can get anywhere by foot. I would absolutely recommend staying here. I am a local and stayed for a night to wait for my coach bus to Brisbane and I myself would stay again. The room also came with plenty of seating and even a sit down eating space, tv, wifi, pamphlets and a large mirror.

Lovely refurbished room with a view from the balcony, comfortable bed and close to everything you would need. The room was super clean and fresh, just right for a short stay. Now don’t judge from what it looks like outside, as you will be pleasantly surprised.The manager was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone to stay when in Port Macquarie.
