Better Options for food required in the Upstairs bar as it was overpriced and poor quality. Also some incentive to eat at the Restaurant as a Hotel guest. Better transport options would encourage more stays with available shuttle trips to other places and areas would make it easier . All staff most helpful . Perhaps have the bar open in the gaming room and make it more appealing

Elabeach hotel is a nice place location is convenient for me and my family. Beautiful Seaview not forgetting food and coffee was good, Service was unforgettable provided by this wonderful restaurant attendant Bernard oka his warm welcome good smile and farewell us with a saying please come back next time!! Amazing food and not to mention the customer service. Very careful, caring and helping staff. Overall rating would be a 10/10 rating. Thank you to Roseanne Aisi for her help and hospitality towards my family. Had fun enjoying the meal with good music.

Service provided by Anna Maupa was welcomed & will appreciated Fast prompt service & repeating the order to get it right Wanted caramel latte but nil stock caramel so maybe stock up on that for the barrister to be able to make coffee of our choice
