Disappointing again, don’t know why I keep booking this hotel.
Had to wait 1hr for a pick up from the airport.
Room smelt of damp because the AC unit was leaking.
Desperately needs room refurbishments. Very outdated and dirty.

New hotel in Port Moresby. Full of png style，just the traditional photo hangs on the entrance wall of my room makes me feel uncomfortable. Food in the top floor restaurant is quite expensive. It tastes so so.

A fantastic hotel with comfortable rooms and about the most amazing sea view you could ask for. Most importantly, amazingly friendly and helpful staff do their utmost to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Their concierge, Simeon, in particular went above and beyond to provide local advice, directions and hints and tips for the area.

Simeon Kia, one of the porters, was an absolute blessing in helping us with our luggage and getting settled. The restaurant food was amazing. The staff were great to deal with. The shuttle bus and reception area was a good experience. Thanks Simeon. Regards Grant
