While the staff were friendly the room was awful. Unsafe even. No fire alarms and it was dirty. Because it was under the Choice Umbrella we thought it would be good. We were mistaken The sofa was filthy, no carpets the walls were dirty and the bed not comfortable

VERY disgustingly dirty room! Wasn’t even ready for check in at 12 am!!! Manager still has not contacted me! Don’t stay here! It should be a Motel 6 or 8. Floors were so dirty we didn’t take our shoes off to walk around, coffee pot looked like it was never cleaned, the phone had drops of food all over it, and the bathroom floor and counters were black along edges.

6:45 pm. At the location by Portage Road near the airport in Kalamazoo, there is a front desk person named Renee. After a super tough day full of mishap after mishap, Renee’s human kindness lifted us up. It’s this kind of service that makes people appreciate staying here. Please give her a raise!!!

They are so nice to me and treat me with kindness!! They’ll call to see if my room needs anything and follow through I love it here pay them more! Breakfast is good and the weight room is cleaned I like it here. Staff is always fun to talk and hang around pay them more.

Good service Mrs.Renee was really weet nice and lovely and understanding. The room was nice and good wifi breakfast was good it is really clean and cozy and welcoming offers coffe and has microwaves and fridges and can doordash food and also offer there own food doordash

This hotel was amazing, great staff! The best housekeepers and front desk people. The breakfast was great ! The pool is clean and the fitness room was great they let us use fitness room all night. And their pet friendly so the dog can come with over all great

Rented a room for my sister here for about a week. The front desk staff was amazing, and made her feel welcome. Renee was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Food was good. Nice atmosphere. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect place and staff is excellent Everything went smooth. I had a great stay here. Deep at front was very friendly and helped me with information I needed as well. They have pool which is well maintained and breakfast was perfect as well. Everything was nice and clean.

Arrived to room to find the door propped open. Went back down to front desk and advised of the finding. Worker was unsure why door was propped open and assigned us to a different room. The entire room/hotel needs to be updated. The carpet, furniture and sheets stained in the room. Remote to tv did not work. Housekeeping is quick to enter room. They knock one time and announce housekeeping then proceed to open door. We had to yell wait to stop them from opening the door.
