This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.
But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK.

We like this place. It was so nice this area ant the staff is amazing. We will probably come soon again! The rooms are comfortable and the beds are so cosy. We has a nice room with sea view. I can recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a nice boutique hotel!

Everybody in the house has been very nice! Very professional stuff always pleasant and ready to help. Very comfortable atmosphere we enjoyed a lot the location of the hotel. Despite it's not the season now the manager organised very good solution with breakfast. Spa has been very comfortable and the stuff in the spa has been also very differently all the time

What a marvellous and modern room 510 is, its own sauna and bags of room. I haven't any complains other than they have temporarily had to close their restaurant and currently their breakfast is 45 euro pp and no a la carte or continental breakfast available, maybe that might change in the future.

Our stay at Donna Portals was just amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful interior design. We had a room with ocean view and you could hear the waves at night, which was very peaceful. The Spa offers great massages and the spa in general is a great hideaway. If you want great food, you dont need to go too far, as the Hotel Restaurant is super delicious and you can order anything from downstairs as room service. The hotel is perfect as a couple or with the family. Everyone was very nice and would help you at any time of the day. Thank you so much Donna Portals!

We had an amazing room with panoramic view to the sea.Was a perfect weekend break. I was also impressed with the breakfast and all the healthy options, which is not easy to find in Spain sometimes. Also enjoyed the spa and the gym. Weather was amazing, we were even swimming in the sea even though was already end of November, super sunny and warm! We will definitely be back!

The Donna is a fantastic hotel, situated directly on the beach at a beautiful spot on the island. The service was incredible, there are fantastic amenities (spa!) and every room is super stylish. You won’t get enough of those amazing sea views. Back soon!

Amazing hotel in one of the most beautiful cala. Service is incredible and views from the room is breathtaking. Don't miss the breakfast (croissants were still warm), this was one of the highlight of our stay. A must see in Mallorca for sure!
