酒店小巧精緻，房間的陽台最滿意，每天可看到無邊際的日落，而且專屬的沙灘椅有人打理，比較乾淨，而且海上有個專屬浮台，很好打卡。但最大缺點是酒店內的其中一間餐廳很多蒼蠅，而gym房的設施又很老舊，不應是Fairmont 該有的質素。

房間達不到五星的標準，冰箱也是壞的，刀叉也沒有，水壺和電吹風都比較老舊，傢俱老舊，衹能説酒店的大環境和景觀比較好，但是性價比不高，周圍用餐麻煩，酒店菜品單一

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Fairmont Royal Pavilion! It is a beautiful property right on the beach, very well maintained and staffed. Everyone we saw and spoke with was extremely respectful, professional, helpful, positive and pleasant.
Staff went above and beyond in all areas of guest service!!

I think the property was great with good services and attentive workers. However , i feel it was bit overpriced not just for the room also for any extra services we were considering. As result we ended up doing lots of dining outside of the pavillio. And to our surprise we noticed other doing the same. Lol. Amazing 👏

Fairmont Royal Pavilion has great potential with its beautiful setting, but the service fell short of our expectations as this is a high end hotel with a price tag to match.
The Fairmont Pavilion has truly stunning views and is a picture perfect setting. However, the overall experience was let down by the level of service, which lacked the warmth and attentiveness
Compared to other, even lower-rated hotels we’ve stayed at on the island, where staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, the Fairmont felt impersonal. The service lacked that special touch that makes guests feel truly welcome and cared for.
While the setting is undeniably beautiful, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations, especially given the Fairmont’s reputation.

Pleasant!
Great room with beautiful views.
Nice pool and excellent service from Simon at the poolside.
Breakfast was underwhelming and the environment was scruffy with birds flying everywhere and fresh and old bird poo on the dining chairs that were old and uncomfortable.
The staff were pleasant.
This hotel is NOT the standards of other Fairmont Hotels by any means!
