Had a great stay at Porthmadog Premier Inn. Corina, Chris and all the team made our stay easy and relaxing. My wife is mentally challenged and physically disabled, and the team were great. Score 11/10. Wales is amazing.

Stayed for 2 nights, easy self check in. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would prefer a window that opened than air con. Only downside was the wifi! Virtually non existent.we chose not to eat in hotel and we arrived by train so can’t comment on parking only that it looked full.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I want to especially highlight how helpful the staff were, particularly Corina. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a clean, cozy room. Thanks a lot John-Paul

The staff are great and very friendly and very helpful. 15 out of 10 for the staff. The restaurant is great with a great choice of food . The rooms are lovely and comfortable and clean. Great views and great scenic railway across the road…………..

Nice hotel, had everything went needed for the stay, room was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely area with the hotel with in a short walk of the shops and main high street and opposite the vintage railway station. Must remember to enter vehicle registration for the car parking.

Breakfast not the best luke warm very little choice, Staff are absolutely shocking don't tell you information like you have yo book a table for dinner, then no tables for just drinks staff rude only good thing is the room..................

For the price I cannot recommend-poor check in, not enough parking,rude staff, very average breakfast, nearly non existent wi-fi, I personally do not like the 'the room only gets cleaned if you ask' feature. On the plus-nice clean room and the television worked!

Travelled on a business trip to the heritage railway (station just across the road). The location is stunning. Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Parking spaces are limited so aim to arrive early if you need one. Fewer ready-cooked veggie/vegan options on the breakfast than at some of their other sites.
