Hands down amazing experience. The room, thermal springs, coffee shop, decor, everything!!!! Still can’t get over the air plant walls, plants and serene setting. All staff was super helpful, very attentive. It was such a treat for my birthday and we are super excited to plan our next visit!!

This place has an amazing wellness experience! The fitness center is huge with all of the latest equipment. The thermal and pool are VERY well done. The restaurant was delish. Honestly we didn't leave the hotel because it was such a pleasure!

Everything in this place is high end. The hotel rooms are super modern and so high tech. So much thought was put into everything in the facility and I would have expected it to be located in California or somewhere overseas. So happy it’s right over the bridge! The restaurant is amazing and OMG the spa!!! With a sauna and steam room and 5 pools with varying temps, it’s easy to spend hours here. We will definitely be back!

The Cascada was an oasis of calm and also a welcoming and vibrant community. That may sound weird, but they manage to strike the perfect balance. Staff is caring and helpful. My Sky Loft room was gorgeous and so comfortable. I appreciate Oates the carefully curated Portland snacks. And I loved that Alberta Street Coffee was in the lobby!

A memorable experience that cannot be replicated. Beautiful rooms for extended stays, thermal springs, fitness and spa experiences are the reason to visit the dining and local neighborhood to stay. Impeccable service run by Scott Youngblood's team. Must follow for spa, wellness and product amenities that are expanding. Memberships are offered to locals, retreats for visitors are a perfect escape to the most sensorial, private, high-end and exclusive we staycation that one is ever imagine.

Remarkable. Understated, unpretentious, heartwarming, ecologically responsible wellness hotel/spas don’t have to be complicated and Cascada is proof. The underground sanctuary of thermal pools is quiet voices only and rivals other spots in town where social hour kills the vibe. The cocktail menu and raw bar at Terra Mae is ace.

Amazing ambiance. Love the idea of the lobby/coffee shop! Comfortable beds, creative use of space in rooms. Tasteful amenities. Surprised there was a dishwasher but no real dishes beyond cups. Utensils, bowls and plates would be ideal. Hydrothermal pools are incredible, loved how they maintained silent space. Never could get tv to “cast” our device so we could watch our own streaming services. Would be great to have a way to choose robe and sandal sizes since one did not fit. Busy Saturday at the pools, but never felt crowded, definitely could use more towel racks as towels were laid on surfaces all over. I think allowing hotel guests to access the conservatory pool only would increase guest satisfaction as there is no other pool for hotel guests. Excited to see ongoing development and how it settles into the neighborhood!

My wife and I visited Cascada a few weeks ago, and we're already planning our next trip back. The spa itself is beyond anything I've ever experienced before—truly next level. The staff was super nice, attentive, and helpful. The design and architecture make it feel like you're in a serene oasis. The location is fantastic, with tons of restaurants and other activities nearby. This spot is truly a gem and such an amazing getaway for a few nights to recharge. Five star out of five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
