ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! If you decide to not heed my advise, make sure you are wearing a hazmat suit before you enter the room! Be prepared to sleep with your shoes on. The carpet is so soiled it's like walking on coral. The toilet is broken and runs all night. You have to fill the waste basket with water from the tub and dump it into the tank to make it flush. Don't leave anything of value in your vehicle as the parking lot is not secure and multiple break ins have been reported. I've stayed here many time over the years, most recently 2019. It amazes me how a nice hotel can turn to crap in such a sort period of time. Maybe they had a special promotion for frat house weekends. Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs wouldn't touch this place with a 50ft fire hose! DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay a little bit more and stay at a nice place. YOU'RE WELCOME.

This place has questionable reviews but it was affordable and dog friendly and we decided to try it anyway for a last minute trip to Portland. It’s in a horrible isolated industrial area with zero walkability for starters. It looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s which is always a nice feature (that was a sarcastic comment). The door we were told to use to access the building our room was in would not work 50% of the time and there were no other entrances nearby. Half of our attempts to enter were assisted by other guests coming out which is never a good thing if other guests don’t know who is supposed to be there and who isn’t so are just letting anyone in. The halls smelled of stale smoke even though every room we walked past had no smoking signs on them. All downstairs windows look like they have bars in the windows which I’ve only ever seen at questionable hotels and/or in questionable locations so didn’t give me much hope in the way of safety nor quality. Our room had wiring showing from behind the wall in the bathroom with a fan that definitely did not help clear the immense condensation that appeared after a warm, not hot, shower. The sheets and blankets had holes in them. We found an unidentified loose pill and one of those floss sticks on the floor of our room in places that should’ve been very easily visible and vacuum friendly to the cleaning staff which tells me no one actually really cleaned this room before we got there. Thank god we found both before our dog did. He could’ve potentially gotten really sick at the least, OD’d at the worst. My partner found broken glass outside a building the front desk staff later told us was “decommissioned”. When we let the front desk staff know about the pill and the fact that a dog could’ve eaten it, we received a deadpan “apology” and a passing comment about speaking with housekeeping about it. We got a $20 refund for it. $20. That’s it. We were there for 2 nights so I assure you we spent FAR MORE than the $40 total it costs to have a dog with us and I assure you it would’ve cost the hotel significantly more than the meager $20 they so graciously gave back if our dog had eaten that pill and something that happened to him. We have a small dog - that pill could very well have been detrimental. A $20 refund for this experience is an absurd joke. I will never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances.

I've stayed at this location many times before and never had a problem. But the hotel has been neglected and I will not be staying here again. And will not recommend to anyone I know. The price they charge I would expect better accommodation

Beats the prices of downtown. could use a little updating but for the price, the room was clean enough and the air conditioner worked. Pool not functioning nor was the restaurant. but there is a good airport cafe right across the street and a Starbucks close by. Grounds around the hotel and the pool area could use some attention.

There were multiple changes that were not noted while making the reservation: no airport shuttle (but park out front advertising they had one), the pool was not open (even though it was the first photo on the advertisement), no restaurant onsite, no coffee in the lobby as shown online. All of this was besides the fact the room was very unflash, having furniture that was literally cut in half in the room. On the up side, the only upside the mattress was comfortable.

CATALYTIC CONVERTER STOLEN! DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. We parked our car for 9 hours while we slept and in that time had our catalytic converter stolen in their parking lot. No cameras, no security, no protection for their guests. You sign your life away with multiple fee threats if you dare smoke your **** pen here but they can allow this to happen on their property, and that’s ok.
