We stay at Aberdeen South 4 or 5 times a year. ThePremier Inn is the ideal location for us. The staff are the most helpful people we have met. Anna and her team do a great job and nothing is too much trouble,they are always so friendly and welcoming.

Room is below usual Premier Inn quality. The usually provided comfortable chair or sofa bed is missing so no reasonable relaxation. Only a hard upright chair is provided at the desk. Reception unable to resolve because no rooms available to reallocate. Suggested to complain again next morning when there might be a room change available.

Lovely warm welcome from staff. Loved the tea and coffee facilies in the rooms. Clean throughout and nice, comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. Great stay with plenty of free parking. Really nothing to fault. Would recommend. Easy , efficient check in and out.

Stayed here for two nights to explore the area/and some of the many castles. Room cost minimal amount booking in advance . Was allocated a room in a separate building. Given an upstairs room. It was huge compared to other ones we have stayed in. Was still the old style room but was ok. It had a bath with lovely hot water and was very quiet. On the Thursday night the car park was full of work vans and the weekend seemed quieter. We had two breakfasts in the Brewers Fayre adjoining and a meal there each evening. Food is cheaper if you eat before 5 or 6 ? than getting a meal deal. All very nice with outside seating in the sunshine. The only negatives for me was I wanted to tidy up the outside area. ( the plants etc and just a general bit more of maintenance ) just to make the place seem a more loved and clean, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

This is a very good budget hotel. Nice quiet location. Brewers Fayre right next door if you fancy food. You can eat outside. The staff are really nice, very helpful and check in is no problem. I will be using this again. I would highly recommend it

We were given an awful room. 2 single beds when we had asked for a double. Broken bed. Broken light. Extremely noisy fan. We were told we couldn’t change room - they were full- even though we booked months ago. No one was there to repair the broken items either! After our evening meal we went back to see if there was no chance of changing room. The receptionist managed to find us an alternative!! We could not have stayed in the room we’d been given initially. The second room was ok but what should have been a lovely stay was now tarnished.

Friendly staff plenty parking spaces comfortable bed great hospitality food come out at different time and part of food orders missing good play park amazing play area really accommodating staff really good and tasty food good sized bathroom

Excellent staff, very friendly, nothing is to much for them. Room was clean and freshly made up. As we are stopping there frequently the staff always check we are ok or if we need help as I have mobility needs. We only had cooked breakfast from the restaurant, it was nice and hot and was cooked well
