"The appearance of the hotel is pretty, but the room is really simple, breakfast is OK, it is usually buffet, there are fish and some special dishes from Jamaica. Can live four people. It was a duplex, with four beds, but the beds were very small and were single beds. Others are very general. I haven’t slept well for three days at this hotel. And because it is on the port, the location is very biased, so there is no support around, but the hotel restaurant is really too expensive! We ordered a chicken leg (probably 1/6 of the whole chicken), plus two small bowls of rice, which cost 42 US dollars, nearly 300 yuan.) It took us to spend it, but it felt particularly worthless. "Hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff where so friendly and helpful and very professional.. my brother missed place two fifty pound notes that went under the bed.. we only knew this because our room attendant found it whilst cleaning our room… she left the money on the bed with a note..big respect and one love to Monique our room attendant🇯🇲…Also the food and service was above and beyond, big shout out to Rok hotel I look forward to coming back.."
