Bom, realizei a reserva com antecedência para um quarto família, cujo pagamento foi realizado através dos pontos da LIVELO. Chegando no local, nos foi fornecido um quarto normal, com apenas uma cama de casal, na mesma hora fizemos a reclamação e as atendentes informaram que não haveria quarto conforme havíamos reservado disponível. O quarto que ficamos além de não possuir uma cama para nossa filha de 06 anos, também não contava com toalhas para nos três. Tivemos um noite muito mal dormida em razão desse inconveniente, e no outro dia estávamos muito cansados para nosso compromisso. No outro dia, depois de muita insistência conseguimos um quarto conforme a reserva realizada, mas o estorno de valores ainda não foi realizado, visto que o quarto com mais camas é muito mais caro. Os atendentes não foram solícitos e não estavam dispostos a ajudar. Os travesseiros são ruins. No primeiro quarto não havia secador de cabelos, e no segundo quarto, havia mas estava estragado. Chegamos na madrugada de uma formatura e a porta do hotel estava fechada, tivemos que aguardar alguns minutos no frio, com nossa filha no colo dormindo até alguém vir atender. o café da manhã é bem mais ou menos e conta com poucas opções. Não tivemos uma boa experiência neste hotel.
