Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, my room has disposable utensils, a large toothpaste, but there is no friend's room, you should ask the front desk. This is the only hotel with disposable items in Brazil for more than a week.
Service: The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, the juice is freshly squeezed, the recommended papaya orange juice is very good. I ordered a cup of strawberry orange juice and made a cup again, which was great. The water in the room is four reais a bottle, except for China, the water in other countries is so expensive.
Dear friend
I am lisang xu, I book the hotel:Master Express Cidade Baixa, in Brazil for two night,
But I only stay one night due to unexpected reason, and I check out in the morning.
I am writing to ask if possile to ger the refund for another night?
The hotel reception also konw this, but I need to discuss with you for the refund.
Thank you so much for your consideration and help.
Best Regards
Lisang
For those who like American hotels, you will love it. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the hotel: because it is large (10th floor), everything has to be lined up. Take the elevator and eat breakfast. In the early morning, the elevator stops on all floors. If you are placed on the top floor, you must constantly exercise patience. All this is very bad. Although there are free early check-in ads, please forget this option. The hotel is overcrowded and there are always people coming in and out, so I find it difficult to buy. We arrived at the hotel at 12 and couldn't even get in the room. The advantage is that we can put our luggage there and label it because the place where I store them is full. For vegans/vegetarians, breakfast food has many shortcomings, it only has fruit. The cakes are so sweet that you can't taste them at all. Orange juice is unnatural. The rooms/corridors are carpeted. The swimming pool is small, it even looks like a child's. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the terrace, some areas are being renovated. There are no most plants in the vegetable garden = (
The sunset view on the terrace is simply beautiful. Very good gym, equipped with all necessary equipment and mirrors. There is a lounge where you can read books, practice yoga, relax, and the decoration is great. The staff are very friendly. We ordered food through the app, and the receptionist received it and called us to let us know it had arrived. Everyone is very patient and willing to help.
Every day the cleaner will ask us if we want her to clean the room.
It has cable TV, Netflix and globoplay.
I think there is a sink in the room, separate garbage (organic and recyclable), microwave oven and air conditioning are good. The room size is very good and very spacious.
The shower was great, the water flow was very strong and very hot (if you want).
The hotel has a good location, the room is large, there is a kitchen, the roof is good, the parking is safe, the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there is a gym pool. Overall it is very good.
Quarto espaçoso, aconchegante, bem iluminado e arejado.
Pedi um andar alto e Silencioso e assim foi a minha estadia.
Ótima conexão de Internet. Se tivesse tomada perto da cama seria excelente.
Excelente custo benefício, o atendimento muito prestativo e ágil.
Me senti muito segura me hospedando sozinha.
