The hotel is near one of the must-do tourist spots (Drach Caves) so in terms of walking distance to the place this hotel is great. Also close to the beach, restaurants and shops, very convenient in the west coast. Lobby is spacious and cool. There are free drinks at the bar as a welcome gift. The hotel has a gym, a swimming pool and a massage salon, very well equipped. Room is spacious and comfortable. The only shame is the booking site shows only beautiful seaview rooms but my room doesn’t have any view (face the wall of another building). Overall still a good experience.

Awesome! The room faces the sea and is in the first row of Porto Cristo Beach. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, and is within walking distance of the famous cave! You can also rent bicycles at the hotel, which is great for walking around.

I booked with *********** and onced booked as a question to Hotel about parking and attractions at this time of year as we wanted to do something special for my birthday, I got NO response. On arrival my husband ask about any good restaurants for lunch as it was my birthday and the receptionist did let us know, we were allocated a room in the annex which was surprised and said to the lady oh are we not in main Hotel and was told ‘that’s what you booked through ***********’ and onced I checked fair enough my mistake. On arrival at annex you could see it was dated room was small but clean. The view was something to be desired not what I thought I had planned for my birthday . Evening meal was below average maybe cause I got uncooked chicken. Breakfast omelette was lovely, however had to queue for coffee as one member of staff was making as people ask for them. May I suggest that coffee pots are filled as people can then take to there table as it seemed to work in the 4 Star Hotel we stayed in the night before.

3 night break with 4 full days cycling. Fabulous hotel in a brilliant position overlooking the beach and marina. Porto Cristo is a very stylish, classy resort with a small bay (completely different gravy to the ‘Cala’ resorts just down the coast which I thought were grotty) with lots of boat trips regularly arriving/leaving the marina for exploring. The hotel has a gorgeous veranda for breakfast, drinks etc overlooking the lovely sandy beach. The hotel is geared up for cyclists and has a locked garage, for all the bicycles, attached to the spa, which is in a separate building. We hired our bikes from Cala Bona and they were delivered and picked up. The cycling was nowhere near as mountainous and testing as Porte Pollenca (which suited me) but still plenty of villages and quiet roads to explore. Plenty of very nice restaurants close by. On the last day we were able to leave our cases in the hotel and then the shower facilities in the spa before travelling back, and the staff were very friendly and kind. Taxi was one hour from the airport and about €80 each way. Great place for a short break!

Booked this place for the location and couldn't have been happier. This adult only hotel offers many amenities but we didn't use any of them. The prices for the Spa seemed very reasonable and if we had more time we might have considered it. The rooms were very comfortable and the refrigerator in the room was much appreciated. This is a quiet hotel and you can have a room facing the water or in the back of the hotel depending on your desires. We had one in the back part as we did not need to pay for a view. They have no parking on site but there was plenty of street parking around since we were there off season. All the staff we encountered were friendly and I would stay and recommend this hotel to anyone. If you need beach towels you must leave a CASH deposit. Renting chairs down at the beach will take credit cards or cash. Walking distance to any shopping, dining and even the Drach caves

Always a pleasure to stay at the Felip. Even when the weather isn't good it's nice to sit on the terrace and watch the sea. Very comfy bed and good breakfast. Love the cava in morning. Dinner was fine but lacked choice. I'd prefer more of the basics like more vegetables rather than the stylish small appetisers. The modern design still doesn't keep food hot. Dining room's modern style doesn't suit the charm of the rest of the hotel, in my opinion. Thankfully, the old world charm is still maintained at the front of house and the welcoming staff are the hotels' best assest. Marieanne, on reception in particular, is always a joy to see. Genuine lady with a welcoming smile.

Hmm, bit of a mixed bag this hotel. Nove staff, pleasant enough but the whole set up is really for the German tour crowd. Staff mostly speak German and the service the Germans got was definitely a touch on the friendlier side. It's fine, different resorts cater to different crowds, but just to let any Brits that are going. The bar area is nice enough but not what you'd call comfy. It's not a place to hang out, even with the lovely view, it feels pretty municipal. I popped in to look at the buffet one night and it wasn't very appealing so I didn't bother. The rooms are pretty small and similar in style to a Premier Inn, the downside is that the drains smell so that's the first thing you notice upon entering your room. It's basically a mid-market hotel set in a very good location, which I would say is it's main selling point. Porto Cristo is lovely but quiet in March, lots of places still closed but enough open for a meal here and there. If they did self catered I'd probably stay here again just for the views, but that aside it's a pretty meh hotel. The outdoor pool wasn't in use at it was too cold apparently, even though I would have used it. The indoor 'pool' is a glorified jacuzzi, really not worth the bother of getting wet. So not a bad place as such (smelly drains aside), but can't say I would recommend it that highly.
