Um local muito agradável, o quarto que fiquei foi o 301 bem espaçoso, confortável, ar condicionado super silencioso. O Sr. Moisés foi muito solícito, nos atendeu com muita excelência. Piscinas amplas, resort pé na areia em Muro Alto onde tem piscinas naturais. Comida muito saborosa. Recomendo!

O resort é simplesmente espetacular: o espaço, a organização em todos os setores, as piscinas, a praticidade do acesso ao mar, as bebidas e comidas, a discrição e comportamento dos funcionários. O ensaio com a fotógrafa Maria Clara, foi muito bom, assim como o atendimento da Vanessa.

Nossa experiência no hotel foi muito positiva. Começando por um hotel pé na areia incrível, paisagens lindas e maravilhosas. E aproveitando paisagem, o pessoal das fotos puderam eternizar nossa estadia através da fotografia. O bruno Ithalo, bem atencioso e educado. Captou vários cliques sensacionais. Atendimento da Wanessa é uma extrema de uma delicadeza sem tamanho. Recomendo para todos. Além disso, o hotel conta com uma calmaria enorme, não é de ver muita aglomeração, tem uma convivência dentro do próprio hotel, isso é bem importante para quem vem de fora. Muito positiva a viagem.

Coisas velhas … atendimento ruim … má conservação, não cumpre o prometido, meu bebê ficou no risco no primeiro dia pois não ofertaram o berço conforme prometido. Tivemos que revezar acordados pra garantir a segurança dele dormindo numa cama normal.
