I recently stayed at A Point Porto Ercole Resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a sleek, modern design with spacious rooms and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The minimalist aesthetic might not be for everyone, but I found it refreshing. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh pastries, fruits, and local specialties. However, the dinner menu could have had more variety. The pool area was a highlight—very relaxing with a beautiful setting, though it can get a bit crowded. The location is convenient for exploring Porto Ercole and nearby beaches, but a car is helpful for getting around.

Perfect getaway in Porto Ercole, Tuscany. The hotel is a few minute walk from Porto Ercole, a few minute drive from Orbetello, about a 10 minute drive from Porto Stefano and close to many beaches. If you don’t have a car, the hotel offers shuttle service to the beaches and other nearby towns. A Point is fresh and modern; the rooms spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool is located on the rooftop next to the restaurant. It is a perfect way to cool down from the hot sun. The staff is very helpful and always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Overall it is an “A”.

We went to the resort for 3 days prior to leaving Rome on a cruise. What a perfect place to get acclimated to the time zone change. Excellent food, drink, activities and views. Accommodations were very comfortable. The only slighly negative comment is that the rooms were "worn". They needed a refresh!

Very nice rooms and nice towels, excellent breakfast, outstanding dinners and good wine list We stayed five nights and on the last night we were too tired to go to the restaurant, well, the room service was first class, they even made a special pasta plate (not in the menu) for my wife The view from our room, fantastic But what made the big difference, was the level of service at all levels, 9.999 points …….Thank you Point Porto Ercole Resort

This hotel was a true surprise to us. Great design hotel with pool. The bedroom was very modern all white design with a white leather couch. Beautiful bathroom too. Free parking. Breakfast with plenty of choices. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We loved this place and would be happy to go there again .

2ème avis (après échanges avec le personnel): Après avoir exposé à l'hôtel nos mécontentements, surtout étant donné la catégorie de l'hôtel (5 étoiles), nous avons été entendus par le personnel, par ailleurs charmant et soucieux de réparer les erreurs de départ: le parking était bien compris dans la réservation (c'était écrit en toutes lettres sur la réservation Booking); le SPA nous a bien été ouvert et offert pour 1h (au lieu des 25 euros par personne annoncés à l'arrivée mais pas sur Booking) et le petit déjeuner du 2ème jour était un buffet. Je peux comprendre qu'en période peu chargée, les prestations ne soient pas les mêmes mais il faut dans ce cas le préciser, il faut faire payer moins cher et surtout, il faut revoir l'annonce sur Booking qui est très incomplète et crée des tensions et de mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée. Au final, le 2ème jour était fabuleux: l'hôtel est très propre, la literie est formidable, le personnel est adorable, le buffet du matin est généreux, le SPA est très agréable et la situation de l'hôtel est très bonne, à 7mn à pieds du port adorable et à 30 mn du Jardin des Tarots. 1er avis (après notre arrivée): Nous avons parcouru 1000km pour arriver dans cet hôtel et nous sommes très déçus: 1. le parking est payant en arrivant sur place (dans la réservation, il y a écrit « OPTIONS COMPRISES: Parking » 2. le SPA est payant 25€/1h et il n’est pas entièrement ouvert (ce n’est pas écrit dans le descriptif et ce n’est pas précisé après la réservation) 3. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table sur demande alors que sur Booking est écrit PETIT DÉJEUNER BUFFET. Il y a beaucoup de mensonges dans ce descriptif et il paraît que c’est un 5 étoiles: INADMISSIBLE.
