We visited Porto for the first time and stayed here for 3 nights. Check-in was super easy and we were welcomed with some port which was a lovely touch. Contact with the owners was swift and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and clean: a comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, plenty of air con/heating when required, shutters and a little space that felt like a balcony, good WiFi, a little kitchen with a toastie machine and a lovely shower. The location was also excellent and despite being close to a number of bars and restaurants, was quiet and peaceful. There was luggage storage too, which was handy on our last day. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all. The building smelt lovely and clean and was a real treat for us. Thank you to all involved.

This was a very pleasant unit. Spacious room, superbly located for touring and restaurants. Appreciated the large bathroom for a city-center location. An ability to store luggage securely when we arrived early and timely communication made this great. Self check-in worked well. Loved the new, soft towels and appreciated the carafe of port on the table. This includes a nice sitting area with windows that can open or close, facing a clock tower.

Struttura in ottima posizione, graziosa, ben organizzata, comoda e pulita. Dispone di self check-in e di deposito bagagli. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia con un assaggio di Porto, un pensiero di benvenuto molto carino. La stanza è spaziosa, dotata di biancheria da bagno, set di cortesia, armadio, tavolino con due poltroncine, tv e linea internet wifi. È inoltre presente un piccolo angolo cottura con fornello ad induzione, bollitore e forno a microonde, nonché un mobiletto con bicchieri e tazze. Il bagno è stato ricavato all'interno della stanza, quindi è un po' piccolo e non dà moltissima privacy. Nel complesso comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ótima localização, porém ficar em um hotel teria sido melhor. Escadaria íngreme e apertada para o 3o andar. Refrigerador que não refresca nem uma lata. Travesseiros ruins. Barulho de pássaros bicando o teto o tempo todo. Enfim, não voltaria.
