Ideal location, you can walk everywhere. The metro is 10-15 minutes away along beautiful streets. There are tons of cafes and restaurants of different price categories nearby. The room itself is not big. No refrigerator. But very cozy. There were no cockroaches, no ants, no dirty laundry as was written in other reviews. There are several night bars downstairs. This makes it very noisy, the hum of voices. But it does not bother me, I can fall asleep even at a disco. But 99% of people will not like this. There are earplugs in the room, but they are unlikely to help. The biggest minus of the hotel, which offsets a lot of its advantages, is that an employee can enter your room without your consent and permission in your absence. As they did with me. It is not clear what they were doing there, but a dirty, oily black rag was left on the table (I am attaching a photo).
