The aunt who cleaned the room was very nice and friendly, but the lady who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude! There is a feeling of looking down on people. I don’t even smile. I frown all day long and I don’t say hello. I am very serious. When I say hello and smile to her, she hardly responds. It feels very rude! ! The aunt who cleaned the room was very nice and affectionate, but a woman who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude! A kind of contempt for people not even a smile did not frown all day long, greeting is not very serious to greet her smile she almost do not respond to a very not polite feeling!!

This property is about a 20 minute downhill walk to the historic district and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The location to me was ideal as the historic center has lots of construction underway. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet with a well appointed bathroom.

Everything sucks. The breakfast was too bad. The receptionist was soo rude. When I wanted to change my room coz of an unkind roommate, they wanted me to pay extra 400 Euro. They are not hospitable. I am still angry with the receptionist as he did not help me in any way!

The hotel has a simple paired back decor, however it is comfortable, modern and clean. The staff were welcoming and the location is good as only a 10/15 minute walk to the main touristic areas. I found given that it was not very expensive, I was suitably impressed as a result of this as well.

Good Hotel, in good price, I was there in february 2024 , 7 days with my wife, in my opinion hotel was very well , the room was cleaned every day ,towels were changed every day, young lady who cleaned was very nice, room maybe a bit little but for us was enough. All staff was helpful , they arranged a taxi for us to the airport ,only for 20 euros. Breakfast was good, warm scrambled eggs, bacon,sausages, and other cold dishes, and too drinks, tea and coffe, everyone will find something for themselves. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The hotel is quite a long way from town and main hub around the river area. However metro station is very close so you can get around easily and reasonably priced. Room was quite small and not masses of hanging space but adequate for our 4 night break. Those were the only slight negatives. The hotel was very clean, lovely modern bathroom. Staff were really freindly and helpful. Breakfast adequate with quite good choices. We found this hotel to be much cheaper than some of the close to town ones so therefore found it great value so didnt mind paying for a few taxis and metros. Would definitely recomend. BTW there is a little family run bar on the corner opposite..beer and wine around 1 euro each!!
