The reception service is bad, there is a line outside the restaurant for breakfast, the balcony where there are two games was flooded and they closed it off, the bathroom has a bad smell, the food is not good, there is no enclosed children's area available, on rainy days, we have to stay inside the room, the air conditioning in the apartment above mine leaks onto my balcony, making it impossible to use the hammock...

Ja fiquei varias vezes nesse hotel mas desta vez a estada nao foi boa! Piscina sempre turva, o cafe da manhã nao tem variedades, todos os dias a mesma coisa, demoram demais pra repor, em um dos dias tinha uma torta passada ! O banheiro tinha bolor e o chuveiro péssimo! Nao sai agua! Alem de que pedimos um file de peixe belle meunière, que o peixe nao era file e molho cheio de gordura e talhado! Pessimo

A estrutura do hotel e arquitetura é ótima, muito bonito, verde, piscina boa, local do café bom. O quarto em si, acredito que seja mais questão de sorte, o nosso estava ok comparado com algumas reviews, primeiro dia estava com bastante cheiro de mofo, mas conforme a semana foi passando. O banheiro, que era minha maior preocupação estava bom. Caso queiram um hotel bom para aproveitar o hotel, não é o caso, mas é tranquilo para passar os dias. Agora, o que realmente incomodou foi o atendimento no hotel, parecia que era dividido em duas equipes: os funcionários do bar da piscina e que cuidavam do café, que eram MARAVILHOSOS e atenciosos; e a equipe da recepção, que a todo momento parecia estar fazendo um sacrifício para atender para coisas simples, como entregar a chave quando íamos sair (que era algo aconselhado nas normas do hotel), ou para interfonar ao chegar algo na recepção. Acredito ter sido a parte mais decepcionante

Antes de fazer essa viagem com minha familia, quando olhei os comentarios juro que fiquei com receio, mas ao contrario de tudo que foi dito. Fiquei no quarto 217, tudo muito limpo não verifiquei mofo o bar piscina maravilhoso a piscina sempre limpa pela manhã. O Cafe da manhã muito bom, não tenho que questionar. Funcionarios!! Ah! Todos maravilhosos, tanto no cafe da manha, quanto aqueles que permaneciam na piscina sempre fazendo aquela minha dose de campari do jeito que sempre pedi. Nunca vi minha pequena tão feliz. Localização otima. Tudo acessivel. So tenho que agradecer a todos que fizeram destes dias para minha familia maravilhoso. Se voltaria ao hotel? Com certeza.

A estrutura do Hotel é boa, quarto familiar grande, pena estar parecendo em decadência, falta muita manutenção.... atendimento ruim, teve um teatro lindo da @ciateatraldionisio e não houve divulgação. E na semana em que estamos queda de luz toda hora... sem TV, internet, ar condicionado, lamentável... não indicamos...

O hotel deixa muito a desejar em limpeza e manutenção. O quarto em que ficamos não possuía janela, e a do banheiro dava para um corredor inacabado, onde havia uma caixa de esgoto aberta, tornando possível ouvir o barulho do escoamento das descargas. A piscina estava sem manutenção, e o bar da piscina oferecia um atendimento insatisfatório, além de não ter nenhum item do cardápio disponível nos dias da nossa estadia. O serviço de massagem se resumia a uma cadeira na recepção. Embora o hotel pareça ter tido seus dias de glória, atualmente o prédio está mal cuidado, o banheiro da área do café é insalubre, e a equipe demonstra despreparo no atendimento.

boa tarde fiz uma viagem a porto seguro pela cvc e nos indicaram esse hotel, e vou compartilhar com voces a minha experencia para que nao passem por esse transtorno que tive, quarto que nos foi reservado horrivel, sem cabides para roupas, sem cadeiras, nem mesmo uma mesa de apoio, formigas por todo o lado, precisei ir na recepcao pedir inseticida para passar nas formigas, um problema para quem tem crianca alergica, o pessoal da limpeza, que nao fazia a limpeza, nao lavava o banheiro e nem a pia, o espelho que ficava sbre a pia nao limpavam todo respingado dos hospedes anteriores, banheiro com mal cheiro, chuveiro mal saia agua, o hotel diz que nao se responsabiliza por objetos de valores deixados fora do cofre, isso e uma piada o cofre todo quebrado e nao fechava, o unico ponto positivo e a localizacao, mas nem porisso vou indicar esse hotel
