Ótimo atendimento. Grande variedade no café da manhã. Localização excelente. Piscinas de água quentinha.
Só que as toalhas de banho nem sempre estavam disponíveis e tínhamos que pedir na recepção.
De duas a três vezes, corria um blackout, pelo menos no nosso apartamento. Nada que prejudicasse, pois logo a energia voltava. Mas para nossa filha autista, esses blackouts eram um grande problema, porque ela tem muito medo.
Talvez o hotel pudesse orientar ou investir em uma infraestrutura melhor para o pessal que volta da praia e usa as piscinas. Muitos não passavam por um banho para tirar a areia e, com isso, as piscinas do hotel acabavam pagando o preço. Na parte da manhã estavam sempre limpinhas, mas ao final do dia, tinha muita sujeira, principalmente de areia, acumulada no fundo.

Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

Viemos pela primeira vez na Bahia, e não haveria melhor lugar para se hospedar. Os colaboradores são educados e prestativos, o nosso quarto era limpo todos os dias pela Maria José. A comida é maravilhosa, além das noites temáticas incríveis. O Hotel fica em frente a uma praia deliciosa, água morna, vários restaurantes e experiências incríveis. Voltaremos mais vezes com toda certeza.

Hotel muito bem estruturado e bem localizado, a praia de frente muito bom, espaço para criança muito bom. Quanto a comida muito Coentro em tudo exatamente tudo, nossa família não conseguia comer, a comida é bem feita porem teriam que ver que pessoas são de fora não tem costume sendo assim torna ruim. Café da manhã muito farto,hotel excelente só se atentar com o tal do coentro
