Ótimo atendimento. Grande variedade no café da manhã. Localização excelente. Piscinas de água quentinha.
Só que as toalhas de banho nem sempre estavam disponíveis e tínhamos que pedir na recepção.
De duas a três vezes, corria um blackout, pelo menos no nosso apartamento. Nada que prejudicasse, pois logo a energia voltava. Mas para nossa filha autista, esses blackouts eram um grande problema, porque ela tem muito medo.
Talvez o hotel pudesse orientar ou investir em uma infraestrutura melhor para o pessal que volta da praia e usa as piscinas. Muitos não passavam por um banho para tirar a areia e, com isso, as piscinas do hotel acabavam pagando o preço. Na parte da manhã estavam sempre limpinhas, mas ao final do dia, tinha muita sujeira, principalmente de areia, acumulada no fundo.

Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

Gostei muito! Boa estrutura para categoria de hotel. Eu tinha saído de 2 resorts all inclusive (Nauticomar= ruim e Coroa vermelha=bom) e decidimos ficar mais alguns dias. Pegamos esse hotel e nos surpreendemos, pois tem muito mais piscinas que nos anteriores de categoria resort. Lógico que não tem recreação, essas coisas, mas achei o quarto bom, café da manhã saboroso e áreas de lazer gostosas com boas piscinas (fundas, inclusive) e a de crianças é ótima, minha filha amou. É um hotel que eu voltaria pelo preço de diária pago. Ponto negativo é que não tem elevador, só escadas e anda um pouco dependendo de onde é o seu quarto.

Excelente ambientación, piletas impecables al igual que su servicio de bar y cocina. Muy buena y abundante desayuno y cena. En cuanto a limpieza todos los días sin falta, dejan todo muy limpio y ordenado. Mayane excelente! Estamos agradecidos por todo, recomendado y con ganas de volver en un futuro.

Há falta de pessoal no restaurante que fica sobrecarregado. Os funcionários são nota dez com louvor. Educados e sempre procurando ajudar. As piscinas na questão de higiene também deixou a desejar. Havia fezes na piscina e não houve interdição para higienizar.
