Impressionada com o hotel! Minha experiência foi zero reclamações e só elogios, principalmente para a equipe que nos atende (em especial à Milena e Josiane) . Bem localizado, próximo ao Axe Moi, café da manhã impecável, tudo fresquinho e teve até brownie. Quartos e camas confortáveis, piscina agradável. Se caso estiver na dúvida, eu indico demais!

Estadia muito feliz e agradável, adoramos o hotel entrega tudo que promete, sem dúvida! Desde a recepção, excelentes atendimentos da Sabrina e Isabelly, tb a gerente Any, muito prestativa e atenciosa; O quarto impecável, estrutura bacana, assim como a limpeza e enxoval, microondas no quarto é um adianto e tanto; O Hotel em sim, a piscina, bar, restaurante, tudo muito bom, limpo, agradável; Café da manhã bem servido, fresco, variado e ainda tem a Milena que cuida de tudo com muito carinho e atenção, um amor; Podem pedir pratos de comida, porções que não se arrependerão, o Cláudio excepcional cuida de tudo juntamente com a Marlene, fechamos o pacote de refeições e foi a melhor coisa que fizemos, eles arrasam. Com certeza, sem dúvidas voltaria e voltarei! Obrigada pela recepção de todos e por esses 5 dias incríveis.

Hotel muito arrumadinho, excelente localização, tem piscina e brinquedoteca para as crianças e a piscina infantil é grande, a piscina principal é linda tbm, funcionários maravilhosos, o hotel tem uma gerente incrível a Anny, apesar de ser nova se nota a grande experiência em gestão, ela ta a todo momento na operação do hotel, voltaremos c certeza e indicaremos, nota mil.

Minha experiência foi maravilhosa! Tudo estava perfeitamente organizado, sem qualquer complicação na chegada ou na saída. Os quartos estavam sempre impecavelmente arrumados, e toda a equipe se mostrou muito educada e prestativa. Destaco especialmente a gerente Anny, sempre com um sorriso gentil, educada e atenta a todas as nossas necessidades.

Adorei minha estadia, quarto sempre limpo e cheiroso, banheiro higienizado.. equipe sempre a disposição, atenciosa!! Super indico!!... Quando chegarem lá no chekin procurem uma gerente, chama Any.. acho que esse o nome dela.. você vai ver que tudo fica diferente, parece que ela está recebendo na casa dela.
