Hotel com atendimento MUITO BOM (nunca recebi uma água de coco no momento do check-in, rs).
Voltaria outras vezes, só ficou a desejar o café da manhã, mas é algo que impacta na qualidade do hotel.

Ótimo acesso as praias do Mundaí e Taperapuã. Ponto de ônibus, táxi e carro de aplicativos. 10 min de carro da Passarela do Álcool e 15 min de Coroa Vermelha. O atendimento do hotel é espetacular. Na recepção temos o Bahia, Maicon e Jonathan super atenciosos. O café da manhã tem variedades de comidas típicas preparados pela Cida e o Sidnei. No Bar a Vanusa e o Mateus preparam os lanches rapidinho e a cerveja? GELADONA 😀 O quarto nos atendeu bem, com ar-condicionado gelando, camas confortáveis, tudo limpinho. Agradecemos pelo profissionalismo e ótimo atendimento. Voltaremos! Até breve!!

O hotel no geral é bom, o atendimento do Jonatha foi muito bom, nos dando dicas valiosa para aproveitar Porto. Tudo parecido com as fotos. Pouca variedade no café da manhã. Serve drinks e refeições no local. Próximo a praia, pode ir a pé tranquilamente. Os funcionários todos simpáticos e educados. Mas se vc quer descansar e silêncio, como os quartos todos são de frente a piscina você consegue ouvir todo barulho de fora. Voltaria com certeza.

Voltei aqui para editar minha avaliação. Eu esqueci uma sacolinha no hotel com um óculos de sol ray ban, dentro da caixa, eu entrei em contato no whats, no mesmo dia em que eu sai do Hotel, avisei que havia esquecido, solicitei que postassem pelo Correios, não fui atendida. Enfim uma amiga minha de passagem na cidade foi até o Hotel buscar meus pertences, eles sumiram o óculos, o gerente não entra em contato comigo, eu não consigo se quer o número de telefone para falar com o Gerente. Apesar do excelente atendimento, que eu recebi no hotel, eu não recomendo; porque problemas todos temos, mas nesse caso eles evitam que o hotel se responsabilize pelo ocorrido, não tem comunicação. Lamentável. Esqueci uma sacolinha de pertences, dentre eles um óculos de sol ray ban no quarto desse hotel, e eles sumiram com o óculos, e não mostraram intenção em resolver. Ocorrido dia 01/01/2025 o esquecimento, e até hoje não consegui reaver o óculos e nem o valor do óculos.

Hotel Excelente! Minha família e eu ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com o atendimento e a qualidade do hotel. Todos os funcionários foram super simpáticos e dispostos a nos atender, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e muita educação. A comida foi excelente, com um café da manhã ótimo e pizzas deliciosas. Os quartos eram limpos diariamente e muito confortáveis. O hotel é ideal para quem busca paz e sossego. Gostaríamos de destacar o excelente atendimento do Sidney no buffet, a eficiência da Cristina na limpeza e o sorriso contagiante do Jhonata na recepção. Com certeza, voltaremos! Foi uma experiência ótima.
