Hotel Viticcio

I have never written a review in my life but I think it is really appropriate to write about my horrible experience at the Hotel Viticcio. The place and the position are undoubtedly excellent but they are not worth the inconvenience created by having stayed for two nights in a room that is not correct to define as such. It would be more correct to call it a kind of "cabin" without a window and very dilapidated. The greatest discomfort was created by the nauseating smell of the bubbling shower drain. Even more deplorable was the attitude that the management and reception had towards me when I asked if this problem could be kindly resolved. I was told that nothing could be done and I was told that if I found it I could leave. Fortunately, despite the high season, I managed to find a structure where I found very high professionalism, kindness, cleanliness, seriousness and comfort of every kind.

We chose this hotel based on the references as it was our first time going to Elba. Well what can I say, a beautiful structure directly overlooking the sea, with a private alley. 3 star hotel where relaxation reigns, cleanliness of all spaces with the balcony overlooking the bay from above. Super staff; special mention and with affection for Irene, tirelessly present from morning to evening but always with a smile and courtesy and Natalie at the reception. Some flaws to point out: poor internet and wireless and the furniture in the rooms is dated; absolute absence of services and refreshments on the private beach considering that there is a fee (30 euros) and also the steep climb up to the hotel. However highly recommended. I would happily stay here again. Oops forgot

Unique little 3 star hotel on the beach with a wonderful view of the sea, which you can hear in your room at night. Everything is well-kept and clean. Warm, friendly staff. Private beach is a dream. The à la carte dinner on the terrace above the sea, which can be booked on Saturdays, is a little highlight. The breakfast is also completely in line with the 3 stars - there is even a fresh, appetizing fruit salad. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here, although another reviewer is getting worked up and says he should find a 5 star hotel for this price ;-) ...

Stopped for a coffee, we discovered their splendid terrace from where you can admire a fantastic sunset. We stopped for dinner discovering their tasty dishes at honest prices. Their kindness and discretion makes you feel pampered for the entire time of your stay. A place where eyes and heart meet!! Thank you because without knowing it you sweetened our last day of vacation 😊

I went to the hotel restaurant for a dinner with friends, excellent cuisine and fresh products! The girl Irene who served us all evening was very kind, professional and very prepared. Breathtaking view of the gulf of Viticcio and wonderful sunset. Highly recommended

We returned today from a 10 day holiday in which we stayed in this beautiful hotel.. The rooms were a little dated but clean and functional.. We had a beautiful view.. And lots of outdoor space for the children... The panoramic terrace beautiful and very good food.. Although unfortunately there isn't much choice on the menu for children... The private beach is well kept and the water is nothing short of stupendous... We had a very good time and all the staff were very welcoming and kind... I strongly recommend it to those looking for a holiday in complete tranquility..
