The location of the room is very convenient. There is a bus station next to it. A 3-minute walk will give you a great view. The breakfast is quite rich in variety. The key is that you can sit and look at the seaside. It is very comfortable.
La Spezia, only one night is really too little, the day before, I hurriedly went to one of the stops in Cinque Terre... Even though it was raining, I still liked it

Perfect location and the host was excellent. The drinks on the balcony a highlight. Breakfast was excellent and the perfect start to the day . Great base for kiwi’s to visit the five villages , 200m walk to the ferry and wharf and the locals very helpful

We enjoyed a stay for 3 nights at the Hotel Belvedere. The location of the hotel is beautiful, with a wonderful view over the harbour from our room. Breakfast was served on a terrace with the same view, and the staff were all very helpful and polite. All in all a very nice stay.

Although my room was small, I had everything I needed. The weather was beautiful although the AC worked well. Lovely location. It was easy to walk from hotel into town and along the promenade. I would recommend hotel.

The air conditioner won’t go below 22C. It’s extremely hot and uncomfortable in these tiny rooms in the hot summer. I don’t know how anyone can stay here and get a decent night’s sleep. I am looking for a different hotel as we speak. For the price I paid I was not expecting such poor amenities.

We stayed at this hotel last week. It is in a perfect location for the main streets and harbour etc. Also the bus stop was only a couple of minutes over the road. We had a hire car and parking around the hotel is virtually impossible although there was a Multi Story car park just up the road, part of it was reserved for the Grand Hotel Guests but if you were lucky you would be able to park in there, probably Mid afternoon the best time to get in as later on it always had Full on the sign outside. It was also VERY expensive to park there, especially if like us we were there for 4 nights. The hotel recommended that we park up the hill before coming into Portovenere in the car park there. We were able to drop the cases off first parking on yellow lines outside the hotel, then caught the Giro Bus back down which runs every quater of an hour. We did in the end leave our car there for the full 4 days and caught the service bus to La Spezia which was so much easier and only took about 30 minutes to get there.

Our motorcyle tour group came to this typical Italian hotel. However, the WiFi was variable to poor, and the shower when turned to hot had about 10 fine sprays of water that you had to move around your body to even get wet. Breakfast, location and views were great.

Long weekend of April 25th with my husband and 3 year old daughter. Excellent welcome with parking space right next to the hotel, prepared staff who are never intrusive. Breakfast has it all. Spacious room but in need of modernization in furnishings, small bathroom to be seen again. Perfect location. 2 beautiful windows
