Unfortunately, my experience at Porto Venere and the hotel connected to it was disappointing in many ways.
When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait an inordinate amount of time to check in, despite the time clearly indicated on the website. The person in charge of check-in was not present, and I had to wait for someone to come and open the door for me, which made the beginning of my stay very frustrating.
The room was definitely uncomfortable. To access it, you have to climb a lot of stairs, which is not practical with luggage. Once we arrived, we found the room full of ants and the shower was incredibly small, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. The space in general was very, very narrow.
As for the restaurant, 3 torri, the experience was even worse. An insect appeared on my plate, but despite this unpleasant incident, I was not offered any discount or adequate solution. Furthermore, the dishes I had ordered arrived late, and the service overall was slow and unprofessional. We had to wait a long time, and the quality of attention was really poor.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, neither to stay nor to dine. A big disappointment.
