Portsmouth Port Solent

The dining room and bar area very cold did not appear to have any heating. Room 135 never did get any hot water as at the end of the corridor. Insufficient staff but those in attendance worked very hard.

Really comfy sleep, bath was lovely, location was good, plenty to do around us and not far from Gosport and Portsmouth so you had the option of what to do Had to pay for parking as it was shared with Pizza Hut so if you went out and returned later you struggled to park, but £3 a night isn’t too bad of a price

Terrible!! We have been coming here for many years and has really gone downhill. No staff to assist on the desk, call bell obviously wasn’t working as waited 20 mins to see someone and that was only after a cleaner went to look for someone to assist or would probably still be waiting!! We needed to get into our room but key card was not working!! Couldn’t even get a drink from the bar whilst we waited for someone as no bar staff around!! Was no staff in the desk on the Friday night but was on the Saturday. Evening meal they had ran out of most in the menu and was only 6pm!! Lovely waitress though! Was dirty glasses outside on the Friday when we arrived along with 100s of cigarette butts which was all still there when we left on the Sunday!! Was terrible, would not recommend and certainly will not be returning.

The hotel was as expected. Our main is was the bar/restaurant area, after returning from a family funeral, we stopped for drinks with family. It was absolutely freezing, paying £30 for 4 drinks and sat in our coats! The area was also so brightly lit it was uncomfortable.

Cold, dirty and unwelcoming! Freezing cold corridors, restaurant so cold we had to wear jackets at breakfast. Staff sitting around in reception while the outside looks like a rubbish tip for two days! As with most Premier Inns, housekeeping is lacking.

The room was extremely clean with a big comfortable bed. Very friendly staff always around when i needed help. The breakfast buffet was always full so plenty to eat. Great night sleep would highly recommend. Wil definitely come back again.
